Marnie [=McPhail=] (born July 4, 1966 in Columbus, Ohio) is an American-Canadian actress, musician, and voiceover artist.
Although born in the United States, Marnie [=McPhail=]'s family soon moved to Toronto, Canada, where her acting career began at 14 when she was cast alongside Creator/AndrewSabiston as one of the title leads of Creator/{{Nelvana}}'s 1984 live-action series ''Series/TheEdisonTwins''. She would later go on to appear in many other TV shows both live-action and animated (most memorably in the latter medium, where she had leading roles in ''WesternAnimation/{{Braceface}}'' and ''WesternAnimation/JoJosCircus''), as well as several films.
She is married to Reed Diamond, who she met in 2002 on the set of the TV movie ''Scared Silent''. The two have been married since 2004 and are both members of the rock band "Chuck Valiant", in which [=McPhail=] is the lead singer and Diamond plays guitar.
