Temnobog's animosity towards his father, High King Irminsul, stemmed from being an unwanted consequence of the latter's attempt to purify his unborn son of his inner evil in-utero, and being horribly abused by Irminsul for existing. However, the Alvslog Deer often portray Temnobog in their folklore as a purely evil villain who is a "lesser servant" of Belyolen and whose childhood mistreatment was rightfully earned, which are among the many details they get wrong. ** Crystal Prism has radiant gold hair. Even as a mortal unicorn colt, he still had blond hair, though it was a dirty yellow color. He's also a heroic Alicorn demigod, [[HurtingHero albeit still recovering from the severe trauma he went through]]. His blond hair color is later revealed to be something that he inherited from his divine ancestor, Prince Crystal Clear.

** Written Word, Golden Scepter's thirteenth son, inherited his power of purification from him, but unlike his father, whose powers manifest as [[PlayingWithFire holy fire]], Written Word's powers manifest as [[LightEmUp light]]. While it, too, burns away corrupt influences, which makes him a ''nightmare'' against demonic and other fell individuals, it can also eliminate certain poisons from an afflicted target(s)' body. It's noted that as he continues experimenting with his powers, Written Word has since weaponized them in a few ways to differentiate himself from his father, such as throwing "shards" of purifying light from a distance, or manifesting it as other weapons such as [[BladeOnAStick spears]], staffs, and [[CarryABigStick maces]].

*** Later in the Fourth Age, Winter Opera would be adopted again, this time by both [[HasTwoMommies Luminiferous and Blue Suede/Caerulus Melodia]] following the latter's crowning. While teaching her, both Luminiferous and Blue Suede/Caerulus came to see Winter Opera as [[LikeASonToMe their own daughter]], but while they each wanted her in their respective families, the Luminiferi and Caerulidae, they loved her too much to make her choose sides. They ultimately decided to TakeAThirdOption by [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/877792481/4922221412 adopting Winter Opera as their "joint-daughter"]], much like how she's a joint-member of different pantheons. Her joint-adoption also led to her getting a ''third'' father in Blue Suede/Caerulus' husband, Prince Stoltur Skjöldur. Despite this, she has accepted the adoption wholeheartedly, and loves her new adoptive siblings (who love her back).

** Subverted with Blue Suede Heartstrings. Being based on Music/ElvisPresley, Blue Suede is an Alicorn god of Music who usually [[GodInHumanForm appears as a mortal Unicorn Greaser]], with the trademark [[HellBentForLeather black leather jacket]], sunglassess, and [[DelinquentHair pompadour]]. His appearance and popularity played a direct role in birthing the Greaser movement during the Second Age, and its revival in the Fourth Age. However, he's devoutly religious, and is an humble and compassionate AllLovingHero. Blue Suede initially preferred to appear as this over wearing divine regalia due to his humility, but it turns out he had deeper reasons for it. After overcoming his psychological issues, however, he appears as a Greaser less often and starts wearing divine regalia due to his duties as a Prince and, later, a King. That being said, he still does revert to his old attire whenever he appears in his mortal form.

* GreaserDelinquents: Greasers have appeared in the Codexverse, most of them written by one of the authors, [=Randomfan11=]. It becoms unsurprising if one remembers that [=Randomfan11=] is [[AuthorAppeal very fond of them]].

And since the [[BiggerOnTheInside size-distortions that mark the Giants' lands and even their bodies]] are [[UpToEleven magnified by their Divine natures]], they could end up with ''entire pantheons'' trapped in their guts, along with all the lands and civilizations they had consumed.

** Queen Krásná Tradice would be adopted by Blue Suede Heartstrings after he made a full psychological recovery and joined the Equestrian Pantheon as 'Prince Caerulus Melodia Equestria'. Life for her improved after that, but what makes their relationship somewhat awkward is that one of her younger half-brothers, Prince Stoltur Skjöldur, is now Caerulus' husband, which she admits she finds a little weird. To Blue Suede/Caerulus' credit, he acknowledged this and initially didn't want to adopt Krásná because of it, but did it anyway because she deserved a much better father-figure in her life. It speaks of how monstrous Krásná's birth father, an Alvslog Deer King, was in life that nobody, including her, objected to the adoption itself.

He's also a skilled artist and [[TheShrink therapist]], a powerful [[PsychicPowers psychic]] and [[{{Seers}} Seer]], and is experienced with spotting signs of abuse/addiction in general, all which Stevie Ray doesn't have (ironically, Stevie Ray did show potential in art as a high school student, but ultimately chose to pursue music). Later, a series of events would permanently turn Moon Ray into an [[EldritchAbomination eldritch god]], which ultimately stemmed from his actions of taking a divine drug while sick that instead irrevocably changed his divine nature.
** Prince Healing Song (now Prince Medela Cantor Cahaya) is based on Music/JeffHealey, a Canadian-born jazz/blues musician. In life, Jeff Healey was a [[TheAce prodigy]], being a songwriter, actor, and DJ in addition to being a BlindMusician, but died of cancer in his forties. Here, Healing Song was saved by a last-minute Ascension while he was dying [[spoiler:possibly thanks to a disguised Luminiferous]], becoming an Alicorn god with PsychicPowers and MagicMusic. Initially, he was a MartialPacifist, but after realizing he was holding himself back, he changed his beliefs and unleashed his full power, healing himself in the process. Later, being exposed to the reality-warping presence of an EldritchAbomination (who is the corrupted form of his friend, Moon Ray/Canticum) turned Healing Song into an eldritch god with the power to perceive alternate dimensions.

*** Creator/AlanRickman is a famous and respected British actor, known for playing villains and [[ByronicHero deeply complex characters]]. Here, as Sir Curtain Call, he would become the Alicorn god of Death, Villainy, Acting, and Understanding after dying of old age.

Double Helix is essentially the Codexverse's Ponified version of Hendrix who, as a result of changes in both circumstances and choices in his life, ends up becoming the Zebralicorn god of Death, Addiction, Enlightenment, and Spirit.

Through a series of events that was the result of [[ForWantOfANail different circumstances and choices]], he first became an '[[{{Psychopomp Angel of Death]]', then became a 'prodigy' [[DeityOfHumanOrigin Alicorn god]] of Death, Temperance, Water, Forgiveness, and Prophecy. Later, after consuming a powerful divine drug created by Princess Voľná Láska and Joyous Freedom, he turned into a divine EldritchAbomination for a month before turning back to normal. But despite being cured of the drug, his divine nature was changed irrevocably by it, giving him intense pain when he tried [[HeroicWillpower resisting the changes]]. He turns into an eldritch god again for real once he realizes the cyclic nature of things and reconciles with his Prophecy domain.

Eventually, after a near-death experience and a [[WhatTheHellHero much-needed wake-up call]] makes him realize he had been a toxic person, he overcomes everything that was holding him back, which culminates in him healing when he unleashes his full power to fight those who tormented him in the past. He later transforms into an eldritch Alicorn after being in the presence of an EldritchAbomination for a month, which gives his existing powers eldritch properties and allows him to perceive alternate dimensions via light.
