The first villain to appear in the series. Girinma is one of Bunbee's three subordinates. His true form is a humanoid praying mantis. After many defeats, Bunbee gives him the black card which is actually a black Kowaina mask, and despite risking to lose his personality, he puts the mask on it to prove his loyalty and becomes a Kowaina.

Bunbee is the boss of Girinma, Gamao and Arachnea. His true form is a humanoid bee. He suffers from his department's failures and he's often criticized by Kawarino. After Gamao deserted Nightmare and Girinma and Arachnea's deaths, his department is disbanded and he becomes the subordinate of the members of the second department. He confronts Kawarino about his sneaky methods, but he's almost killed by him. After the defeat of Nightmare, he joins Eternal in the sequel, working as a subordinate for several villains, but ultimately leaving them and he becomes an ally of the heroines.

* OvershadowedByAwesome: After his division was disbanded, he is quickly overshadowed by his superiors Hadenya, Bloody and Kawarino, especially the latter two. And in the sequel, he's the weakest villain since three other villains have natural OneWingedAngel forms, and three other villains have better abilities.

A villain intending to conquer the Dessert Kingdom by brainwashing its ruler, Queen Dessert. On his side are his two CoDragons Dry and Bitter, who were also brainwashed by him.

* AntiVillain: Mushiban is still a villain, but most of it, if not all, stems from his misguided intentions for liking sweets but becomes disillusioned after not getting the satisfaction he wanted from them. It caused him to resort to straight-up manipulation tactics to plan the take over of Dessert Kingdom, all of which soon backfired when the Cures and Chocola put a stop on it. And despite brainwashing Queen Dessert and putting her to sleep, it is revealed that he still respects her since he never aimed his attacks on her. At the end after his RedemptionEqualsDeath moment, he realises his mistake and learns the value of sharing things to others before disappearing for good.
* BadassCape: He sports a long black cape to show off his villainy.
