It contains ZUN's standard trumpet, an electronic drum set that operates not unlike Music/VenetianSnares' own, a piano performing riffs from ''Kid's Festival ~ Innocent Treasures'', a koto that sounds like it's being strummed as hard as it could, and a guitar solo in what sounds like faux dropped tuning, all of this done on an even stranger 6/4ths beat. And [[WordOfGod ZUN]] mentions that he couldn't find a sample of a biwa, so [[WhatCouldHaveBeen rest your head on]] ''[[WhatCouldHaveBeen that]]''.

* FinalBoss: Of ''Double Dealing Character.'' One of the few instances where she's this, but ''not'' the game's BigBad.

* IconicOutfit: Fanart almost always shows her with wolf ears regardless of whether there's a full moon out, but as ''Wild and Horned Hermit'' shows, that's actually canon. Presumably her involuntary transformation during the full moon is limited to hair outbreaks; she always has wolf ears and can simply transform into an actual wolf on the night of the full moon.

* LittleBitBeastly: Wolf ears. She doesn't have a visible tail in official art, but fanart often gives her one.

* RuleOfThree: She's the third character with long nails, the others being Chen and Mystia. For now, she's consistently shown much more often in fanart with these long nails than the other two characters.

Being an amanojaku also makes her a foil to Sagume Kishin, from ''Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom''; where amanojaku speak and act in opposition to the world, Sagume finds the world acting in opposition to whatever she says.

* TreacherousAdvisor: Played one to Shinmyoumaru, convincing her to use the Miracle Mallet to help the weaker youkai of Gensokyo when instead she just wants to cause chaos. Fanon makes her into a {{Troll}} with the gullible Shinmyoumaru as her ButtMonkey.

If she does something, it's because she enjoys watching the chaos that will inevitably ensue. The clusterfuck is its own reward, so to speak. (It also offers a way to work with her, by pointing her at an opportunity for chaos and letting her do her thing.) Like Yukari and Tei before her, this has earned her a Danbooru pool of her trolling.

* ChewToy: In fanon she is Seija's, because of her gullible attitude.

This persists even after the incident is resolved, so she pretty much has no friends or allies (not that this bothers her, being who she is) at least up to ''The Grimoire of Usami'', where she teams up with Shinmyoumaru again.
