* TheChick: Is currently the only female member in the [[FiveManBand group]] of TrueCompanions in Class 1-A (both real life and online).

* TheBigGuy: He's the tallest student of Class 1-A, and serves as this to the [[FiveManBand group]] of TrueCompanions that consists of [[TheLeader Katsuki]], [[TheLancer Izuku]], [[TheChick Ochako]], [[TheSmartGuy Tenya]], and [[TheHeart Eijiro]].

* LargeHam: This is PlayedForLaughs due to his SuperOCD and over-the-top movements, which gets pushed even further when he pretends to be the villain in the training exercises.

* SecretKeeper: She learned about Shoto's past when she eavesdropped on his conversation with Izuku, and she doesn't plan on telling anyone about it for Shoto's sake.

A student with a perverted attitude. His Quirk, called "Pop Off", lets him remove the sticky balls on his head and use them to subdue his opponents, though his scalp will bleed profusely if he pulls too many off at once. He later transfers out of U.A. High after the events of the USJ arc.

* AdaptedOut: like many fanfics, Mineta is subject to this as the [[WordOfGod author]] wishes to bring a better character into Class 1-A. Though unlike most examples, he drops out willingly rather than getting PutOnABusToHell.
* WeakButSkilled: As Aizawa stated, Mineta's isn't conventionally powerful, but is nevertheless smart when applying the applications of his quirk.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Seemingly disappeared from Class 1-A after the events of the USJ arc. Chapter 22 & 23 reveals that Mineta didn't just transfer out of Class 1-A, but out of the Hero School '''entirely''' due to the mental trauma of surviving against the League of Villains attack.

A rather {{jerkass}} member of Class 1-B who antagonizes Class 1-A.

* InferioritySuperiorityComplex: He acts all high and mighty to the point where Bakugo and Endeavor come across as more modest and polite, but in reality, he's incredibly insecure and emotionally fragile due to the stigma his "villainous" Quirk has caused him.

A General Studies student who wants to become a member of the hero course. His "Brainwashing" Quirk allows him to control people's minds if they talk to him.

* BoringButPractical: His Quirk is extremely useful for taking out badguys, but it's not very flashy and isn't useful for the entrance exam. He's painfully aware of this.
* EveryoneHasStandards: He's perfectly willing to go to war against Class 1-A, but even he felt that Monoma's attitude toward them was ''way'' too far.

The No. 1 hero and the strongest hero in the world. His actions in stopping villainy have earned him the name "The Symbol of Peace. Unknown to most, he was severely injured in his battle with All For One, the villain who killed his mentor. After the Sludge Villain incident, he sees the bravery and righteousness in Izuku and chooses him to be his successor by passing his Quirk on to him.

* BigGood: He serves as a pillar of hope and justice for the world, with many aspiring to follow his example.
* BlowYouAway: The sheer strength of his punch is enough to send powerful shock waves throughout the air, and was even able to change the ''weather'' itself in Chapter 4.
* BornUnlucky: He was originally one of the 20% of the world's population that's born Quirkless before he received One For All.
* TheChooserOfTheOne: He was the current wielder of "One For All" prior to Midoriya, and chose him to become his successor in Chapter 4.
* TheDreaded: As the Symbol of Peace, he invokes fear into the hearts of evildoers wherever he goes. It's noted that the crime rate plummets just by virtue of his presence.
* InvincibleHero: He's seen as this by the rest of the world.
* OlderThanTheyLook: He's almost fifty years old, but he's got the appearance of a man two decades younger than that.
* WorldsBestWarrior: The highest-ranked hero in Japan and he's still managed to keep the top spot despite being out of his prime and the GameBreakingInjury from his battle against [[BigBad All for One]].
* WorldsStrongestMan: As the wielder of One For All at its strongest form, All Might is definitely this.

A teacher in U.A. High who overlooks the rescue exercises and also a hero who specializes in disaster relief. Their Quirk, "Black Hole", allows them to create black holes with their fingers; said holes can disintegrate matter at the atomic level.

* AdaptationalBadass: Since they don't get knocked out by Kurogiri, they get more time to showcase their fighting abilities at during the USJ attack.
* AmbiguousGender: They fall into this since the it's not reveal what Thirteen's appearance looks like under the suit, so it is unknown if they are male or female.

* TheHeavy: He's really this in practice, since the League of Villains is lead by All For One behind the scenes.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: Kurogiri points out that he has a serious problem of dividing threats into "All Might" and "Not All Might", with him only taking All Might seriously and underestimating anyone else.

* AwesomeButImpractical: Currently, both One for All and Flame Magnet is this. Like in canon the former allowed Midoriya to achieve spectacular feats of strength, but at the cost of broken limbs. [[spoiler: This also goes double for his natural quirk as overusing it in Chapter 6 can cause more damage by burning his already damaged skin as well.]]

* TheFriendNobodyLikes: '''''Very''''' ''Downplayed''. While he's less of a {{Jerkass}} here than in canon and have a group of TrueCompanions, his arrogant behavior still makes it a bit hard for anyone outside of Class 1-A to approach him with intent of being friends.

* HavingABlast: His Quirk works is by ''literally'' sweating out nitroglycerin]] to create large explosions through his palms.

* AwesomeButImpractical: Currently, both "One for All" and "Flame Magnet" is this. Like in canon the former allowed Midoriya to achieve spectacular feats of strength, but at the cost of broken limbs. [[spoiler: This also goes double for his natural quirk as overusing it in Chapter 6 can cause more damage by burning his already damaged skin as well.]]

* CentipedesDilemma: Downplayed. As having a Quirk of his own gives him enough experience to use "One for All" more effectively than in canon. (See AdaptationalBadass above)

* GlowingEyes: Whenever Midoriya uses "Flame Magnet" to boost his physical power, his eyes glows orange like the coals of brazier.

* HybridPower: Like Todoroki's "[[AnIcePerson Half-Cold]] [[PlayingWithFire Half-Hot]]" and Bakugo's "[[HavingABlast Explosion]]", "Flame Magnet" is essentially a fusion of Inko and Hisashi's Quirks.

* PlayingWithFire: Literally, Midoriya's Quirk works by telekinetically pulling flames towards either his full body or at certain parts of it. However, later chapters shows Midoriya was only using one aspect of "Flame Magnet"; which leads him to creating his own original "Super Moves" apart from All Might's.

* UnskilledButStrong: He zig-zags between this and WeakButSkilled regarding the use of "One for All" and "Flame Magnet":
** Like in canon, Midoriya basically surpasses his peers with the raw power provided by "One for All", but couldn't really use it effectively as the backlash damages his own body. This leads him to have to rely on his own wits and cooperation with others in order to win battles until he manages to use "One For All" more effectively.

* WhatKindOfLamePowerIsHeartAnyway: Midoriya's "Flame Magnet" Quirk works just like how it's called, "being a magnet to attract flames". This becomes a case of HeartIsAnAwesomePower, however, as this aspect of his Quirk proves invaluable to Midoriya throughout the later chapters.

* HavingABlast: His Quirk works is by ''literally'' sweating out '''''[[PunctuatedForEmphasis nitroglycerin]]''''' to create large explosions through his palms.

* IJustWantToBeNormal: Not in the sense of wanting to lead a normal life, as his ambition to become the next No.1 hero is ''still'' there and '''''still''''' going strong. It's just that Katsuki got so sick of his childhood peers (besides Izuku) trying to "leech off of him or schmooze their way into his "good" graces" by either pretending to be his "[[FalseFriend friend]]" or by "[[BlindObedience worshiping]]" him, that he had to laid down the law partway throughout middle school to prevent it.

* FreudianExcuse: It's implied that society's stigma against fire Quirks at the time he was a child combined with the bullying and harsh treatment he received growing up lead to him turning out as he has now.
