* AngryCheekPuff: It's a {{Character Tic|}}s Miku Nakano is a ClingyJealousGirl who tends to puff her cheeks in peeved anger whenever other girls get too close to Fuutaro for her liking. Her other sisters (primarily Itsuki) aren't above doing this either, albeit to a much lesser extent.

* DarkHorseVictory: [[spoiler. Even though Yotsuba gave the impression of being the love interest who is only there to fill in, almost always having the role of Sidekick, she is the one who stays with the male lead, even defeating Ichika who gave the impression of being the "Main Girl."]]

She's usually seen munching on something at least once per chapter, and it frequently gets played up for ButtMonkey gags in omake chapters (and occasionally the regular ones). * NiceGirl: Ichika is overall characterized by being a kind girl who does her best to support her sisters and make them happy. Sadly, given her feelings for Fuutarou, she also TookALevelInJerkass.

* GirlsAreReallyScaredOfHorrorMovies: Absolutely terrified of all things related to horror (though she's still willing to sit through a zombie movie if Ichika is in it).

* UsefulNotes/JapaneseHonorfics: He addresses his own adoptive daughters with "-kun", displaying an impersonal, business-like relationship with them. Nino has objected to it more than once.

* BlindingBangs: His hair tends to completely obscure his eyes.

* AdaptationalLateAppearance: She only appears in Chapter 38 of the manga, which wasn't adapted in Season 2 of the anime. Said chapter is set to be adapted in the TV special.

* TheReliableOne: Nino handles most of the household tasks for quintuplets, preparing meals and actively looks out for their best interests. She also seems to have the most practical sense of the sisters, often suggesting the most down to earth advice that is ultimately the most successful.

* SweaterGirl: Unlike Ichika, who wears hers around her waist, she's always seen in her baby blue button up sweater as part of her uniform, even wearing it under her blazer.

* AdaptedOut: She only appears in Chapter 38 of the manga, which wasn't adapted in Season 2 of the anime. She has a brief cameo in a photo during the movie's credits.

* NiceGirl: Ichika is overall characterized by being a kind girl who does her best to support her sisters and make them happy. Sadly, given her feelings for Fuurarou, she also TookALevelInJerkass.

* SweetTooth: Her preference for sweeter black tea gets her painted as one by Miku. [[spoiler:Also, her ending in the videogame has her asking Fuutarou out on a date and heading to a chocolate shop that she seems to visit frequently]].

* VibrantOrange: The liveliest and friendliest of the quintuplets has orange hair.

* WhatIsThisThingYouCallLove: When the quintuplets try to think of a way to reward Fuutarou for tutoring them, all of them other than Yotsuba immediately think about kissing him. Yotsuba instead thinks about giving him a medal, and is highly confused about why the rest of the quintuplets are getting flustered. [[spoiler:In hindsight, this was probably a RedHerring]]. Ironically in the same chapter, in trying to get some cream off of his face, Yotsuba accidentally ends up kissing his cheek in front of everyone and plays it off as a way to reward Fuutarou for tutoring them.

While they're all supposed to have the same hair color InUniverse, the differences in hair color are [[StylizedForTheViewer exaggerated so that viewers can tell them apart more easily]]. Flashbacks to their childhood show that they were much more identical in appearance when they were younger, at least.
