* TheGoodKing: One is not called "hero king" without being good. Instead of trying to wipe out the village of monsters, he instead decided to guage Rimuru himself, and it was his actions that ensured both his people and the new nation of Tempest would prosper, and that Tempest would be forged in the first place. He guides his allies well and warns Rimuru about the dangers and failings of being a king.

* KarmicJackpot: Being the first to join an alliance with Tempest, and even encouraging the birth of the nation, he and his people have built a strong relationship based on trust with the nation of monsters. Giving them Vesta to serve as a mediary and researcher increased that trust. This not only ensured that dwargon has access to the vaunted Full Potions of legend, but also pretty much ensures that Gazel's worst fear (the nation of Tempest, Veldora and Rimuru becoming enemies of Gazel and Dwargon) is the furthest thing from reality.
