** Though all six members are biologically related, only the original four (Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, and Crosshair) were grouped together to begin with. Echo and Omega end up joining the two as part of their small little family. It's just that Crosshair ends up being the one to leave it (at least for now).

* BeingEvilSucks: Exhibits shades of it at the end of "Replacements", with the implication being that even in his heavily conditioned state, he misses his old squad and doesn't take any pleasure in doing the Empire's dirty work. * EvilCounterpart: To Echo. Both got left behind by their squad and after the rise of the Empire, both still argue that they were bred to be soldiers and so that's what they should be doing. Their helmets even look somewhat similar after Crosshair's FaceHeelTurn. The big difference is that Echo is grateful when Rex and the Batch eventually come back for him and retains the utmost loyalty to his men, but even after [[spoiler: getting his chip out]] Crosshair believes the Bad Batch willingly left him behind and resents them for it. The fact that Crosshair even says he'd turn traitor if left behind like Echo during the mission to rescue the ARC trooper is obvious {{Foreshadowing}} in retrospect. Season 2's ''The Solitary Clone'' episode goes even further with Cody asking Crosshair if the Empire is making the Galaxy a better place for the people who support Palpatine, in a similar fashion to [[Recap/StarWarsTheBadBatchS1E8Reunion Echo asking Hunter what other path there is than being soldiers.]] This gets further hammered in "Truth and Consequences", where Echo [[spoiler:leaves the squad of his own volition to help the rest of the clones once Palpatine throws them out on their own, with the Batch's blessing]], whereas Crosshair not only refused to rejoin his team even when given the chance, [[spoiler:he only wants them to join him on his terms]].

** To [[WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars Ahsoka Tano]]. * AmbiguousSituation: Omega's genetics are unclear. Initially she's stated to be the fifth enhanced clone Nala Se mentioned, with Tech supposedly confirming this via a genetic sample. Later on, however, it's revealed she's being hunted by the Kaminoans because she's an unmodified clone of Jango, with Tech equating her to Boba who is a pure genetic copy of Jango. This discrepancy has yet to be addressed, leaving Omega's exact genetics up in the air. She's referred to as unmodified in the context of her viability as a template for future clones, meaning she could just be lacking RapidAging as well as the biological and mental conditioning to make the Clone Troopers obedient and docile while still not being a perfect match for Jango. On the other hand, her apparent differences from Jango can be explained away with answers other than genetics, such as her being transgender and dyeing her hair, so there's nothing to say she ''can't'' have Jango's exact DNA.[[note]] Of course female clones of male characters are possible in these kinds of stories, just look to X-23 of the Marvel universe.[[/note]] And of course, there's the final wrinkle that if she's not the fifth enhanced clone, who is?

* AmbiguousSituation: Omega's genetics are unclear. Initially AmbiguousGenderIdentity: Despite being a clone of male Jango Fett, she's stated assumed to be the fifth an OppositeSexClone as she presents and identifies as female and is identified on sight as an enhanced clone Nala Se mentioned, with Tech supposedly confirming this via a genetic sample. Later on, however, it's revealed she's being hunted by clone, same as the Kaminoans because she's an unmodified clone of Jango, with Tech equating Bad Batch. However, Prime Minister Lama Su later refers to her to as an "unaltered clone" bringing up the very real possibility that she was genetically male at her creation like the only other known unaltered clone, Boba who Fett, but is a pure genetic copy of Jango. This discrepancy has yet to be addressed, leaving Omega's exact genetics up in the air. She's referred to as unmodified in transgender or intersex. The ambiguity comes from the context of her the conversation, as the alterations being referred to were specifically those related to the viability of Omega as a template for future clones, meaning she could just be lacking clones (lacking RapidAging as well as the biological and mental conditioning to make the Clone Troopers obedient and docile while still not being a perfect match for Jango. On the other hand, her apparent differences from Jango can be explained away with answers other than genetics, such as her being transgender and dyeing her hair, so there's nothing to say she ''can't'' have Jango's exact DNA.[[note]] Of course female clones docile). The lack of male characters are possible in these kinds of stories, just look to X-23 clarity of the Marvel universe.[[/note]] And of course, there's Prime Minister's meaning behind "unaltered" leaves the final wrinkle that if she's not the fifth enhanced clone, who is?door open for either interpretation.
