Fixing some example indentation and natter. Also that Word Of God bit is kind of misleading, since it's not like there are many other duelists in the galaxy at this point.

** Goes from a Padawan to an important leading force in the early fight against the Empire.
** She also goes from frequently being on the receiving end of TheWorfEffect, to the applying end in her first fight on Rebels, when she soundly stomps the Fifth Brother and the Seventh Sister.
** Everyone was expecting TheWorfEffect to apply in full to her fight against Vader... but she more than holds her own, and in fact seems to be winning before the ambiguous ending.
** In fact, according to WordOfGod, the only two individuals who would be able to match or beat her in lightsaber combat in the Rebels era are Darth Vader and ''[[InvincibleVillain Darth Sidious]]'', putting her up with the best duelists of all time.

Added DiffLines:

* MoralityChain: She serves as a ''very'' weak one to Darth Vader, given how he was willing to [[YouWillBeSpared show her mercy and potentially do the same to Ezra and the others]] if she agreed to give him the information he wanted on the rebels and join him. Compared to how he usually mercilessly slaughters rebel and Jedi alike, it's a glaring moment. Even during their fight, he noticeably stops and looks conflicted when Ahsoka [[spoiler:tells him [[YouAreNotAlone she won't leave him again]] and even [[AmbigiousEnding seemingly]] leaves her alive when it's done]].

!!Padawan/Commander Ahsoka Tano
[[quoteright:300:http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ashoka_tano_sw_8450.jpg]]

-->''"I'm a Jedi Knight! ...Or soon will be."''

A female Togruta who is assigned as Anakin Skywalker's Padawan learner during the Clone Wars. Though Anakin is initially dismissive towards her, she grows under his mentorship from a headstrong young student into a mature leader. Ahsoka participates in several vital battles over the course of the war, earning the respect of her soldiers, but after being framed for bombing the Jedi Temple and being put on trial by the Republic she leaves the Jedi Order. She reunites with Anakin and Obi-Wan during the Battle of Mandalore, which she escapes alongside Captain Rex when Order 66 is issued and goes into hiding.
----
* ActionDuo: Forms one with Lux in "A Friend in Need", with Lux being the ActionSurvivor to her ActionGirl.
* ActionGirl: She saves Anakin as many times as he saves her.
* AffirmativeActionGirl: Cross-media example; the series has a lot of {{Action Girl}}s, but in the prequels Padmé was the only female character with an active role.
* AgeInappropriateDress: As the series' most prominently featured female character, she's also the primary [[MsFanservice source of]] {{Fanservice}}, resulting in most of her outfits being quite questionable.
* AlienHair: Her horns and head-tails.
* AnimationAnatomyAging: When introduced, Ahsoka has eyes disproportionately large with her completely round face, her horns are only stubs, and her headtails barely reach beyond her shoulders. After the TimeSkip in "Heroes on Both Sides", her eyes noticeably shrink, her face becomes longer and angled, her horns grow larger and curved, and her headtails reach the middle of her chest. Her adult self (briefly shown in "Overlords") has almond-shaped eyes, an oval face, very large horns, and headtails reaching to her thighs.
* TheApprentice: She's Anakin's Padawan during the time of the series.
* ArtShiftedSequel: Her appearance in ''Rebels'' has various changes from her appearance in ''The Clone Wars'', even accounting for the age difference. The blue stripes on her horns and head-tails are thinner and wavy, the markings on her cheeks extend further up to be level with her eyes, her eye markings are extended to just below her eyes, and her forehead markings are wider.
* BadassAdorable: Especially pre-TimeSkip, when she was a short, inexperienced fourteen-year-old way in over her head, but never backed down. She even invokes it after she sees Seripas' true form:
--> '''Ahsoka''': You don't have to ''look'' tough to ''be'' tough.
* BadassInDistress: More than a couple of times. Mostly justified, as she's just a learner and has the misfortune of running into opponents who are a match for even Master-level Jedi. Also justified because while she's badass, she's still in the middle of a galaxy-spanning war. War on any scale tends to be fairly hazardous, even if you are a Jedi.
* BareYourMidriff: When she was introduced [[AgeInappropriateDress at age 14]], all she wore on her upper body was a truly ''tiny'' tubetop. Her slave disguise in the Zygerian trilogy was also a midriff baring one.
* BigBrotherWorship: Although she usually hides it with being snippy and snarky, and is not afraid to argue with him if she feels he's wrong about something, she looks up to Anakin very much, she has the utmost trust in him, and one of her greatest fears is disappointing him.
* BigEgoHiddenDepths: A few scenes in the ''Clone Wars'' movie, and several in episodes focusing on her, has shown that her initial brash, snippy and overconfident attitude is merely a facade to hide how insecure she feels regarding her status as Anakin's apprentice.
* BilingualBonus:/MeaningfulName: "Tano" means "five" in swahili. Ahsoka is the fifth generation of students on the MasterApprenticeChain she is the part of.
* BlackAndWhiteMorality: Becomes particularly clear in "Heroes on Both Sides", where she sums up the war, as "the Separatists are evil, and they (the Republic and the Jedi) must stop them", and can't grasp the idea of why the Senate is wasting time debating bank-(de)regulations. After meeting Mina and Lux Bonteri, she realizes and invokes that the war is [[GrayingMorality not as black and white as she thought]].
* BrattyHalfPint: She was this when she was first introduced, granting her the nickname "Snips" from her Master. She's mostly grown out of it by season 3.
* BreakoutCharacter: Upon her introduction she had a very mixed opinion in the fanbase, but by the end of the series following her immense CharacterDevelopment, she has becomes one of the most popular characters in ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars'' and the entire franchise.
* BreakTheCutie: Despite being a PluckyGirl, the events of the season 5 finale are just too much for her: Ahsoka gets framed for multiple murders, terrorism and sedition; the Jedi Council abandons her and makes no effort to conduct their own investigation; and the Senate Court (particularly [[{{Jerkass}} Tarkin]]) are more than happy to sentence her to death. On top of that, Anakin discovers that her best friend is the one who framed her. In the face of all this, she understandably refuses Yoda's offer to return to the Order, despite the fact that they all but said outright they would promote her to Jedi Knight for putting up with all this crap. As she leaves the Temple, she sheds a SingleTear.
* CharacterDevelopment: Over the course of the series she grows from a cheeky, stubborn, and rash girl to a serious, level-headed, and dependable young woman.
* ClearMyName: The focus of the Sabotage arc, though Anakin has to pick up the slack after Ahsoka's attempts [[NotHelpingYourCase continually backfire]] and she's arrested. In the end, Anakin succeeds, but her trust in the Jedi Council is shattered, prompting her to leave.
* CleavageWindow: Her second outfit has one, though it's a little too high to be a completely straight example.
* CommandingCoolness: When she became a Padawan, she was also given the rank of "Jedi Commander".
* CoolBigSis: She very briefly acts as role-model to Kalifa, and to a much lesser extent to O-Mer and Jinx. Also towards Prince Lee-Char.
* CryCute: Sheds a SingleTear at Obi-Wan's [[FakingTheDead apparent death]], and again when she leaves the Order in the season 5 finale.
* CunningLinguist: In the season 3 finale, she is able to understand Chewbacca's language, something the younger trainees with her could not do. Oddly, she doesn't understand a Twi'lek in season 5.
* DamselOutOfDistress: In the season 3 finale she's kidnapped by Trandoshans and thrown out into a jungle to be hunted down. She refuses to hide and run, and decides to fight back against the lizards.
* DatingCatwoman: She's attracted to Lux Bonteri, the son of a Separatist leader. Later he becomes a rogue element.
* DavidVersusGoliath: During the climax of the season 3 finale she has to fight Garnac, the Trandoshan leader. The guy is 2 meters tall, weighs 178 kilograms, has a very thick reptilian hide, and is armed with an axe and a knife in addition to his claws, and his species are on the same scale of physical strength as Wookiees. All Ahsoka has is her WaifFu and Force-skills.
* DeadpanSnarker: Seems to have picked this up from Anakin and Obi-Wan, neither of whom she is particularly averse to snarking at.
* DefectorFromDecadence: As a result of how the Jedi Order abandoned her when she had been framed for murder, Ahsoka decides not to return when given the offer.
* DesignatedVictim: She has a tendency of getting into ''real'' trouble very frequently. So far she's been captured/kidnapped on six occasions, and the Sabotage arc has her accused of multiple homicides and terrorism/sedition.
* DisneyDeath: The Son temporarily kills her after [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness she outlives her usefulness]]. Anakin and the Daughter bring her back by transferring her remaining life force to Ahsoka.
* DoomedByCanon: Her absence in ''Film/RevengeOfTheSith'' meant by the end of ''[[WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars the Clone Wars]]'' she would either be killed, expelled from the Jedi Order, or she quit the Jedi Order. [[spoiler:It turns out to be the latter.]]
* DreamingOfThingsToCome: She foresees Aurra Sing's attempt to assassinate Padmé in her dreams in "Assassin", and has a vision of her adult self warning her about the darkness in Anakin in "Overlords".
* DualWielding: She's added a shoto (short lightsaber) to her arsenal during the TimeSkip between "The Hunt for Ziro" and "Heroes on Both Sides". Doubles as a bit of ShownTheirWork, as the offhand weapon is supposed to be shorter in RealLife martial arts.
* EffortlessAmazonianLift: In "Sabotage", after Anakin gets knocked out while piloting his starfighter and Artoo has to make a crash-landing on a too-short cliff, Ahsoka leaps over to his fighter, hoists him from it, then jumps back to the cliff moments after the starfighter goes barreling off. Especially impressive considering that she could barely lift him back in the Season 1 episode "Jedi Crash".
* EnsignNewbie: Lampshaded in TheMovie by Rex, who was quick to point out that even if she does outrank him, it doesn't make up for her lack of experience.
* {{Expy}}: Vader/Anakin's renegade apprentice, who uses reverse lightsaber grip, later swithces to fighting with two lightsabers and has a major role in the formation of the Rebel Alliance and [[spoiler:ultimately meets their demise ([[AmbiguousEnding not]]) at Vader's hands]] - are we talking about Ahsoka or [[VideoGame/TheForceUnleashed Starkiller]]?
* FacialMarkings: Supplementary materials of the show suggests that they're cultural tattoos.
* FatalFlaw: Her overconfidence and drive to prove herself worthy of being Anakin's student get her into situations well beyond her ability to handle a lot of time. She's also somewhat quick to make judgements, and she has the utmost trust towards Anakin, the Jedi Order and the Republic itself, things that backfire ''very hard'' on her during the Sabotage arc.
* FingerlessGloves: She wears them with both of her standard outfits.
* FormFittingWardrobe: Her second outfit. Makes one wonder how can she fit her head (which is quite a bit larger than a human's, due to her horns and head-tails) through the tight-looking neckpart of her shirt.
* FragileSpeedster: She's quick and agile, but initially she lacks in endurance.
* FriendToAllChildren: Right from her introduction in TheMovie, she is shown to be quite good with children, starting with the way she takes care of Rotta, Jabba's infant son, and culminating in the Young Jedi-arc, where she repeatedly puts her life in risk to protect the younglings under her care.
* GenerationXerox: To Anakin; she has an attitude similar to his and lost her lightsaber once.
* GoGoEnslavement: During the Zygerian arc she's disguised as a slave girl and is given a rather questionable BedlahBabe outfit that was even more revealing than her first one.
* HelpingWouldBeKillStealing: Takes this role in the Onderon arc. With her assistance, the rebellion would have gone much more smoothly, but it would defeat the purpose of internal rebellion to have obvious outsider aid in the form of the Jedi.
* HiddenDepths: Ahsoka's brief sojourn to the dark side in "Altar of Mortis" implies that she is holding back quite a bit of frustration with Anakin's teaching methods, as well as her perception that he doesn't entirely trust or believe in her.
* HonorBeforeReason: In a "Friend in Need". She must have been perfectly aware that even if she did have her lightsabers, she'd have a rough time surviving a fight alone against the entire Death Watch, yet she attacked them with only a makeshift staff and her martial arts skills to protect [[BusFullOfInnocents the villagers]].
* HornedHumanoid: Her horns grant her [[SuperSenses super effective hearing]].
* HugeGuyTinyGirl: With Anakin.
* HypocriticalHumor: She called Ventress (who apparently [[ImportantHaircut chose to be]] [[BaldOfEvil bald]]) a "hairless harpy", despite [[BizarreAlienBiology being naturally hairless]] herself.
* InnocentBlueEyes: They signify her youth and naiveté.
* InsigniaRipoffRitual: In the Season 5 finale, her Padawan braid is taken from her when she's expelled from the Jedi Order.
* InterspeciesRomance: She's a Togruta and has a love interest in the form of Lux Bonteri, a human.
* KidAppealCharacter: At the beginning, but she grows out of this role as the series progresses.
* KnightKnaveAndSquire: The Squire to Obi-Wan's Knight and Anakin's Knave; she even invokes it in TheMovie, when she tells Anakin that he's the one with experience from which she looks forward to learning from.
* TheLancer: To Anakin, a role she shares with Rex, and occasionally with Obi-Wan.
* LaserBlade: Wields a green-bladed lightsaber, and later adds a yellow-green shoto to her arsenal.
* LikeBrotherAndSister: This is her usual dymanic with Anakin, despite being his Padawan.
* LittleMissBadass: She is very young and inexperienced, but also quick-thinking and tough as nails.
* LoveTriangle: Caught in one with Lux and Steela, an Onderon freedom fighter, during the Onderon arc.
* MasculineGirlFeminineBoy: Masculine Girl to Lux's Feminine Boy.
* MedalOfDishonor: In the Season 5 finale, after she's been cleared of all charges of sedition, terrorism and murder, she is offered a chance to return to the Order, and it's implied that the Jedi Council is willing to knight her for the strength and resilience she had shown throughout the whole ordeal. Since they were the ones who kicked her out of the Order, this comes off as a rather rude attempt to make up for it, and she refuses to even return to the Order.
* MidSeasonUpgrade: In the middle of season 3, a TimeSkip updates her appearance alongside most of the cast. Ahsoka also picks up DualWielding, pushing it into this trope.
* MiniDressOfPower: Her first outfit consists of a truly ''tiny'' tube-top, and a DangerouslyShortSkirt [[ProperTightsWithASkirt made safe by tights]].
* MoralityPet: To Anakin.
* MsFanservice: All the examples of AgeInappropriateDress should make this abundantly clear.
* MusclesAreMeaningless: Over the course of the series, she's displayed feats of physical strength belying her stature numerous times, such as flooring Cad Bane and Atai Moleck, or when [[EffortlessAmazonianLift she pulls up the much larger Obi-Wan]] who was hanging from a cliff. Could be justified with the Force.
* MySignificanceSenseIsTingling: After her first dreams about Aurra Sing attempting to kill Padmé, she is also able to sense the danger to the senator while awake. This includes sensing Aurra’s location twice, which allows her to save Padmé on both occasions.
* NeverLiveItDown: In-universe. Ahsoka calls Anakin "Skyguy" exactly once in TheMovie, rarely in the series compared to "Snips", and she generally becomes a lot more respectful towards Anakin by Season 2. Despite this, Anakin still calls her "Snips" a lot (granted, she did pick up some of his and Obi-Wan's DeadpanSnarker tendencies).
* TheNicknamer: She initially called Anakin "Skyguy" and referred to R2 as "Artooie". She's grown out of it fairly quickly.
* [[GreenSkinnedSpaceBabe Orange-Skinned Space Babe]]: Once she grows up a bit, Ahsoka proves to be fairly attractive.
* PluckyGirl: Ahsoka's been beaten, tortured, hunted, nearly killed several times, and watched several friends and allies suffer and die over the course of the war. Yet despite all of this, she never complains or gives up. Sadly, being betrayed and framed for sedition and murder by a close friend, abandoned by the Jedi Council, and almost sentenced to death by the Republic Court in the Season 5 finale manages to [[BreakTheCutie break]] her.
* PutOnABus: "The Wrong Jedi" has her leave the Jedi Order, which would have likely spared her from Order 66. Though she was slated to appear in later episodes that were not made due to the show's cancellation, her fate is unknown, and it will likely be explored in a future storyline. She finally returns come ''[[WesternAnimation/StarWarsRebels Rebels]]''.
* ProperTightsWithASkirt: The only thing that saves the DangerouslyShortSkirt she wears with both of her regular outfits.
* RedOniBlueOni: The red to Barriss's blue. She even has the skin color to match.
* RescueRomance: She saves Lux from being executed on Dooku's orders.
* ReverseGrip: Her fighting style.
* RubberForeheadAliens: She's a Togruta.
* SecretSecretKeeper: The Season 5 finale implies that she knows about Anakin and Padmé being together. [[WordOfGod Confirmed by Filoni]] in an interview, although he did not specify how much she knows.
* {{Shorttank}}: She starts out as a snippy, strong-headed and a bit tomboyish girl, wearing clothes befitting the attitude, but [[CharacterDevelopment she mostly grows out of it]] by Season 3.
* SuperSenses: Since Togruta horns work as passive echolocators, she has very sharp hearing, which she uses to find the kidnapped infants in "Children of the Force" and to eavesdrop on a conversation regarding Aurra Sing in a noisy bar in "Leathal Trackdown".
** She also possesses extremely fine spacial-awareness, which she uses when she saves Anakin from a bunch of droids by bringing down a wall on them, [[ByWallThatIsHoley while Anakin was standing right under a hole on it]] in TheMovie.
* TeamDad[=/=]TeamMom: She shows both the disciplinary and protective traits of a TeamDad, and the gentle, kind nurturing traits of a TeamMom while guarding the younglings in the Young Jedi-arc. She's even referred to as their "chaperon" at one point.
* TemptingFate: She has a tendency early on in the series to say something like "The hard part is over," when it seems they've won the day. True to formula, things always turn for the worse soon afterwards. Apparently she learns her lesson, because she stops doing it by Season 2.
* TokenNonHuman: The cast of ''The Clone Wars'' as a whole has quite a few aliens, but Ahsoka is the only one in the main group.
* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: The tomboy to Barriss's girly girl, the girly girl to Steela's tomboy.
* TookALevelInBadass: She's taken several over the course of the series. Probably best testifying this are her two duels against General Grievous: while in Season 1 Grievous defeated her without even trying, during their rematch in Season 5, she was actually able to hold her own and knock him back once, despite still being heavily outmatched by the cyborg general.
* TookALevelInKindness: Early episodes show her as being a reckless student and a showoff. As the series goes on, these traits are subdued, and she better fits the mold of a member of the Jedi Order.
* TraumaCongaLine: The final arc of Season 5 is just one emotional blow to Ahsoka after another, leading up to her resignation from the Jedi Order.
* TraumaticHairCut: As a Togruta, she doesn't have hair by default, so she can't grow a Padawan braid. Instead, she wears a braid made of beads to symbolize her status as a Jedi-in-training. Cad Bane took it from her as a trophy when he captured her. She didn't appear to be anything but mildly annoyed by it, but she did make a point to take it back after his capture.
* [[{{Deuteragonist}} Tritagonist]]: Along with Obi-Wan, she's the secondary main character of the ''The Clone Wars''.
* UndercoverAsLovers: In "A Friend in Need" Ahsoka needed an excuse for why she was with Lux, when he went to make a deal with the Death Watch, and she got involved. She claimed she was his betrothed. Unfortunately while this did work, it also earned her a slap on the ass from Bo Katan. Typical of any girl, Ahsoka was ''not'' happy about it.
* UnusualEyebrows: A subversion of the "no eyebrows" category. As usual for a Togruta, the only hair on her head is her eyelashes. However, she does have eyebrow-shaped white stripes above her eyes.
* VaporWear: Both her tiny tubetop and the SexyBacklessOutfit are "suggesting" this.
* WaifFu: She's a very skilled hand-to-hand combatant.
* WellDoneDaughterGirl: She tries to cover it most of the time, but Anakin's acknowledgment means a lot to her, as seen in TheMovie and when she rants about not getting any while she is corrupted by the Son. She [[CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming finally earns it]] in the Season 3 finale.
* WrenchWench: In "Ghosts of Mortis", it seems she's picked up some of Anakin's skills with machines.
* WrongfulAccusationInsurance: In the Season 5 finale, after she's cleared of charges of sedition and murder, no mention is made of the fact that she escaped custody, assaulted both military and civilian law enforcement, and consorted with a war criminal.
* YouShallNotPass: In "A Necessary Bond" Ahsoka holds up Grievous while the younglings escape onto ''Slave I'', commandeered by Hondo.

[[folder:Tropes from the Rebellion Era]]
!!Ahsoka Tano (Fulcrum)
[[quoteright:300:http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/9948355cb172568a71ff224982796da1.png]]
[[caption-width-right:300:''"This is Fulcrum. Come in."'']]

-->''"It's every citizen's duty to challenge their leaders, to keep them honest, and hold them accountable if they're not."''

After escaping from Mandalore, Ahsoka wandered the galaxy for a year, staying in hiding from the Empire while attempting to offer some aid to those who stood against it. After killing the Inquisitor known as the Sixth Brother during the Uprising on Raada, Ahsoka joined forces with Senator Bail Organa to help create a rebel network. Taking the codename "Fulcrum", Ahsoka served as the head of the network's intelligence service until an encounter with Darth Vader on Malachor left her fate unknown.
----
* ActionGirl: As an ex-Jedi. She can handle both the Fifth Brother and the Seventh Sister easily while Kanan isn't a match for either of them.
* AlienHair: Her horns and head-tails.
* AmbiguouslyBi: In her self-titled book while her new friend Kaeden comes off as gay and interested in Ahsoka, her reaction is far more subdued, but even Kaeden sitting on Ahsoka's bed is a level of intimacy worthy of a few paragraphs.
* AmbiguousGender: Hera does not use any pronouns to refer to Fulcrum, and the way the voice is modulated disguises her gender. Even the voice actress goes uncredited in her first few appearances. Fulcrum's holo-comm appearance in "Rebel Resolve", though still hidden by a cloak, has less distortion and a definite female tone to her voice. She appears in person in the season one finale, revealing herself to be Ahsoka Tano.
* AmbiguousSituation: [[spoiler:Darth Vader leaves her marooned on Malachor. What happened to her after that is unclear.]]
** [[spoiler:[[https://thewookieegunner.com/2016/07/15/swce-2016-ahsoka-tano-digital-cards-topps/ These Topps cards drawn by Filoni]] suggest she is in some sort of mental underworld, a limbo.]]
* ArtShiftedSequel: Her appearance in ''Rebels'' has various changes from her appearance in ''The Clone Wars'', even accounting for age. The blue stripes on her horns and head-tails are thinner and wavy, the markings on her cheeks extend further up to be level with her eyes, her eye markings are extended to just below her eyes, and her forehead markings are wider.
* BaitAndSwitch: In the last minutes of "Fire Across the Galaxy", it initially appears as though Bail Organa was behind the identity... And then the ''actual'' Fulcrum, Ahsoka Tano, shows up as his hologram dissipates.
* BrokenBird: While she was a proud and accomplished Jedi during the Clone Wars, she has since become disillusioned with their teachings and is more of a HeroicNeutral now. She's also become somewhat of a loner thanks to most of the people she was close to dying. She also has a lot of hangups over leaving the Jedi and Anakin in particular, which especially haunt her through Darth Vader.
* TheBusCameBack: Ahsoka officially returns two whole years after her final appearance in "The Wrong Jedi".[[note]]Not counting a cameo appearance in a vision.[[/note]]
* TheCavalry: After Chopper calls her for help, she shows up piloting the ''Ghost'' with three Corellian Corvettes as backup just in time to cover the ''Ghost'' crew's escape.
* CodeName: Fulcrum is a code name intended to keep her identity a secret. While the Imperials know of her, they have no idea who she is.
* CombatPragmatist: [[spoiler: In ''Twilight of the Apprentice'', while Vader is focused on trying to rip the Sith holocron from Ezra's grip, Ahsoka silently ambushes him from behind, tackling him, and managing to cut-off part of his faceplate.]]
* CoolSword: Her new lightsabers are desinged after [[KatanasAreJustBetter katanas]], including a slightly curved hilt, to better fit with her new {{Ronin}}esque design, and their blades are white to reflect her separation from the Jedi Order.
* CurbStompBattle: She easily beat the Fifth Brother ''and'' the Seventh Sister ''simultaneously'' during their first encounter. This doubles as a Big Damn Heroes moment.
* DefectorFromDecadence: She quit the Jedi Order after being mistreated by the Jedi Council, and the event apparently shook her enough that she built new lightsabers with white blades (signifying her lack of affiliation with the Jedi Order) rather than retrieving her old ones, which she lost during the events of the Season 5 finale episodes of ''The Clone Wars''.
* DoNotCallMePaul: Inverted. When she makes her first full appearance to the crew of the ''Ghost'', she insists on being called by her real name -- Ahsoka Tano -- over her codename. Her codename is still used on occasion, however.
* DualWielding: She has a regular lightsaber and a shoto lightsaber.
* EarlyBirdCameo: She makes her first true appearance at the end of "Fire Across The Galaxy" before returning as a recurring character in the cast.
* ExactWords: [[spoiler: When Vader claims he destroyed Anakin, Ahsoka vows to avenge his death, to which Vader reminds her that Jedi are not supposed to seek revenge.]]
-->'''Ahsoka''': I am no Jedi.
* FacialMarkings: She has white stripes on her forehead and cheeks.
* GoodCounterpart: To Gall Trayvis, who was baiting Rebel cells with false intel. Ahsoka's aid is genuinely helpful.
* HairDecorations: She has a tiara helm.
* HeroicBSOD: Upon making a mental link with Darth Vader, she screams in horror before passing out.
* HonoraryAunt: While she's not in the ''Ghost'' crew's primary circle, she and Ezra share a strong bond.
* HonoraryTrueCompanion: Despite having left them with bad feelings, the Jedi, clone trropers, and Anakin especially, still consider her one of them, to the point that she was given lead of an army on Madalore to fight Maul.
* HornedHumanoid: In addition to her head-tails, she has a pair of these.
* ItsAllMyFault: "Shroud of Darkness" suggests that, on some level, Ahsoka blames herself for Anakin becoming Darth Vader.
* KidHeroAllGrownUp: She was the KidHero of ''The Clone Wars'', and over a decade later has grown into a leader in the early rebellion.
* KnowledgeBroker: Gives information to various Rebel groups.
* LadyOfWar: She takes a moment to meditate in the middle of a battle before effortlessly defeating the Seventh Sister. She's even addressed as "Lady Tano" in ''Rebels''.
* LaserBlade: Ahsoka's new lightsabers have curved hilts, and emit white light instead of the green and yellow combination she had previously.
* MeaningfulName: A fulcrum is something that plays a central role in an activity, event, or situation. Appropriate for someone who organizes rebel cells.
* AMindIsATerribleThingToRead: In "Siege of Lothal" she joined the Ghost crew in their attempt to stop Vader from destroying the rest of Phoenix Squadron. When she realises that the pilot of the lone [=TIE=] is a Force-sensitive, she and Kanan use the Force together to try and probe him. She's so thoroughly horrified when she and Vader mutually recognise each other, that she faints.
* MysteriousEmployer: Hera is the only member of the ''Ghost''[='=]s crew who has met Fulcrum in person, an arrangement insisted upon by the latter. After the events of the season one finale, however, that pretense is abandoned.
* MythologyGag: Although she's never referred as such, Ahsoka is the first Force-sensitive character in the new canon who shows characterization of the then-canon "Gray Jedi" from ''Legends'', by virtue of being a former Jedi follower who distance herself from the Jedi Order and operates outside the strictures of the Jedi Code.
* TheNeedsOfTheMany: Ahsoka (at this point, "Fulcrum") tells Hera to abandon Kanan after he gets captured, arguing that the security around him is too tight, and any rescue attempt would most likely cost the rest of their crew. When Hera takes the entire crew in anyway and Chopper calls for help, she personally intervenes to rescue them.
* OlderAndWiser: The creative team behind the show noted that she spent a lot of ''The Clone Wars'' asking questions; now, as an adult, she is the one answering them.
* OlderIsBetter: Ahsoka wears Jedi armor from the era of the Old Republic that she [[NoodleIncident found in an abandoned Jedi temple]].
* PoorCommunicationKills: What leads her to becoming Fulcrum is realizing that the reason so many of her friends died on Raada was because of her unwillingness to share information. She also muses that the Jedi may have been saved if Bariss had had a better way to voice her concerns about the state of the Republic. At the end of her solo book she decides that she will personally insure no more people die because of a lack of information and trust.
* PowerNullifier: She was able to deactivate the Seventh Sister's lightsaber with the Force.
* PutOnABus: She's largely absent from the first half of Season 2 due to her search for answers regarding Darth Vader.
* RetiredBadass: Semi-retired. Although she's not quite a Jedi anymore, the Force is still her ally, and lightsabers are her chosen weapons. Maul even refers to her as a "Part-timer" at one point.
* ReverseGrip: She still uses this style, if concept art of her is anything to go by.
* TheReveal: She's unveiled as Ahsoka Tano in "Fire Across the Galaxy".
* {{Samurai}}: According to Dave Filoni, this was his primary influence in overseeing her redesign.
* ShockwaveClap: It's hard to notice, but in her fight against the Seventh Sister, Ahsoka didn't actually use the standard Force-push to finish off the fight, rather she just clapped her hands together.
* SigilSpam: Fulcrum's logo is seen on the cargo that Hera and Sabine pick up in ''Out of Darkness''. It resembles Ahsoka's forehead markings, and serves as the first big hint at Fulcrum's identity.
* StatuesqueStunner: Ahsoka stands at 1.88 meters tall (6'2), towering over most of the men in the series. This is in contrast to her earlier depiction of usually being the shortest of the group due to her youth.
* TheVoice: Before she was revealed, Ahsoka, using the codename, "Fulcrum", only communicates through audio transmissions using a mechanically distorted voice. A private transmission to Hera using the holo-comm was done while wearing a cloak, concealing any identifying features.
* TookALevelInBadass:
* UnusualEyebrows: She doesn't have eyebrows, but she does have markings that '''look''' like eyebrows.
* VocalEvolution: Her voice has audibly matured.
%% Fulcrum/Ahsoka is not a Walking Spoiler, as her role in the story is established before her official introduction. Her identity being The Reveal is a spoiler, but it's not one that completely alters the narrative of the story.
* TheWorfEffect: She easily curbstomped a pair of Inquisitors that, effectively, curbstomped Kanan and Ezra. [[spoiler:She later gives the HeroKiller Darth Vader one of the toughest duels he's ever had, even cutting his mask and damaging his respirator.]]
* YouAreNotAlone: She tells Ezra and the others that they aren't the only Rebel cell in the Galaxy -- as her escorts demonstrate. She also notes that the people of Lothal ''did'' get their message.
* YouShallNotPass: [[spoiler:Performs one on Darth Vader so Ezra and Kanan can escape. Her fate after the duel is left unclear.]]

[[folder:Evil Ahsoka]]
!!Evil Ahsoka

During her, Anakin, and Obi-Wan's stay on Mortis, the Son kidnaps Ahsoka and infects her with the dark side, turning her into a psychotically violent version of herself. She's eventually healed by the combined efforts of the Daughter and Anakin.
----
* AxCrazy: She is disturbingly enthusiastic about the idea of murdering Anakin and Obi-Wan.
* BerserkButton: Being called [[EmbarrassingNickName "Snips"]] by Anakin.
* TheBerserker: During her duel with Anakin and Obi-Wan, her movements lack most of their usual grace and fluidity, and her bladework is reduced to furiously slashing around.
* BloodKnight: She is ''very'' eager to duel both Anakin and Obi-Wan.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: She displays some [[AxCrazy particularly violent]] tendencies while under the Son's control.
* ChainedByFashion: Inverted; the Son leaves the wrist cuffs on Ahsoka, even after he had turned her, apparently for no other reason than to emphasize the point that she's under his control.
* DarkActionGirl: She takes on Anakin and Obi-Wan simultaneously. Even considering that the two Masters were clearly holding back, since they didn't want to hurt her, she still did rather well against them.
* DualWielding: Her fight against Anakin and Obi-Wan is the first time Ahsoka is shown using both of her lightsabers.
* TheDragon: To the Son, at least until she outlives her usefulness and/or Anakin turns to the Dark Side.
* EvilFeelsGood: When Anakin tells her that she isn't being herself, she claims with an ecstatic voice and gesture that, "I feel more like myself than I ever have!"
* EvilIsHammy: She acts ''very'' theatrically when she speaks to Anakin before their duel. She even throws in a bit of TheFakeCutie and DeliberatelyCuteChild.
* EvilLaugh: She chuckles when she relays the Son's threat to kill her to Anakin.
* EvilMakeover: After the Son corrupts her, [[SupernaturalGoldEyes her eyes turn Sith-yellow]] and gain [[CreepyShadowedUnderEyes creepy shadows around them]], her skin gains a grayish undertone, and the blood-vessels all over her body become highly visible.
* FaceMonsterTurn: The Son turns her to the dark side by biting her arm, making the case a mix between BrainwashedAndCrazy, TheDarkSideWillMakeYouForget and DemonicPossession, and it came with a shocking change of personality.
* IKnowYoureInThereSomewhereFight: Anakin tries to talk her out from under the Son's influence, but to no avail.
* PsychoticSmirk: Gives a rather devious one after successfully stealing the Dagger of Mortis and preparing to hand it over to the Son.
* RageAgainstTheMentor: She calls out Anakin because she feels he didn't really trust and believe in her.
* SlasherSmile: When Obi-Wan joins Anakin, she grins, claiming that two Jedi would be a more adequate challenge.
* SmugSnake: She is extremely overconfident about her chances against Anakin, who was holding back and still manages to ward her off, and who takes a moment to lampshade it.
-->'''Anakin:''' Getting a little ahead of yourself, aren't you, Snips?
* SupernaturalGoldEyes: Her irises turning yellow is a sign that she's under the influence of TheDarkSide.
* SurpassedTheTeacher: After she momentarily knocks Anakin's lightsaber out of his hand, she exclaims that "Now the student will kill the Master!". [[SubvertedTrope Anakin of course easily gets back his lightsaber]] and blocks her attack, warns her that she's getting carried away, before easily disarming her.
* TaintedVeins: As a result of her corruption, she has prominent black veins, especially noticeable on her head tails.
* VoiceOfTheLegion: When Obi-Wan reveals that he has the Dagger, she demands him to hand it over with both her own voice and the Son's.
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: After she hands over the [[{{Macguffin}} Dagger of Mortis]] to him, the Son kills her with a [[TouchOfDeath tap]] [[FingerPokeOfDoom on her forehead]].
