* CanonImmigrant: A character from the main series transplanted into the Boom universe.

* DemotedToExtra: Their apperances mercifully get shorter and shorter as the episodes go on.

A crocodile detective with a big mouth and a bigger want of wealth. Originally a sole part of the main Sonic continuity, he cameoed in "Where Have All The Sonics Gone?" and would make his debut in "Vector Detector".

* AdaptationDeviation: Downplayed. The title of his episode implies he's still a detective, but now going solo.
* AdaptedOut: Espio and Charmy are, at the moment, nowhere to be seen.

* UnexpectedCharacter: While it was known ahead of time that another main Sonic character would be moved into the Boom world, people were expecting a more well-known choice, such as Blaze or Silver, after the previous transplants were fan-favorites like Shadow and Metal Sonic. Vector, on the other hand, was quite the surprise.

* ActionGirl: While we still haven't really seen her in action yet, her appearance and attire implies that she is this.
* AlwaysIdenticalTwins: She has an identical twin who dresses exactly like her by the name of Staci. Of course, Staci was the result of the writers trying to explain why Knuckles was shown walking down the street with [[ALadyOnEachArm a Perci on each arm]].

* DemotedToExtra: In the TV show, she gets minor appearances in crowd shots. Taken UpToEleven in ''Late Night Wars'' when Knuckles is clearly shown strutting down the street with a girl on each arm, ''both'' of which are Perci. This was later handwaved by the writers as being Perci and her twin sister Staci.

* MsFanservice: Both Knuckles and Sonic end up falling for her and making fools of themselves to try and impress her, while making Amy jealous and treat her with contempt.

* CommutingOnABus: Even as a tertiary character, he's quickly becoming this on the show. The only episode where he has any bearing on the plot is the pilot, and more and more he's becoming a one-note joke for his GrammarNazi tendencies. This is especially true during the second half of the first season, where his appearances outside of crowd shots can be counted on one hand.

A discarded robot dog that Sticks takes in as a pet. She adores it, but it belches up slime and annoys everybody else. [[spoiler:It's revealed that it's a creation of Dr. Eggman, who also develops a bone that causes Buster to transform into a larger and more aggressive robot. It roughs up Sonic and his friends, but fortunately Sticks convinces it to do no further harm. It later returns to normal and Sticks sends it out into the world once more.]]

* GloryDays: There's a lot of signs that Comedy Chimp's career peaked long ago. His idea of an acceptable gig is cross-dressing to participate in a skit demonstrating how to pick up ladies, he's constantly fearful that his show will be knocked off the air by a younger upstart, and there's photographic evidence showing that he was once much more fit and handsome. This is to say nothing of of his general demeanor, which tends to be gruff, bleak, and weary whenever he's not in front of a camera. Think [[TheSimpsons Krusty the Clown]], and you've got the right impression of him.

Comedy Chimp's sidekick of over twenty years, who accompanies his boss on his talk show. Unlike Comedy Chimp, Wolf Sidekick seems to still have a genuine zest for life, even if he comes off as incredibly shallow and as somewhat of a ass-kisser.

After getting fed up with the menial tasks the Doctor keeps dumping on him, he actives one of Dr. Eggman's numerous doomsday devices.]] Later episodes also show him as part of an evil (and highly bumbling) group of villains called "The Lightning Bolt Society".

Dave's introduction on the show is about the point at which the series dropped the NegativeContinuity that it had touted prior to its premier, and instead adapted a loose continuity, especially in regards to reoccurring characters.
