* BitchInSheepsClothing: Most students seemed unaware that Mira was a spoiled brat and bully. She seemingly sucked up to adults, like one of the "employees." She was popular enough to the point where she had over 13,000 subscribers on Website/YouTube.

* VirtualCelebrity: To a certain extent, she has 13,000 subscribers on the popular streaming site, Website/YouTube, where she got 4,000 views per upload.

* ArcherArchetype:Uses a bow, and is a level-headed and well-rounded young woman.

* CoolGuns: The Shotgun, a Remington Model 870.

* ContrastingSequelMainCharacter: Prequel, but he is pretty much this to Hyun. Both are socially withdrawn young men and victims of bullying. However, Hyun was suicidal while Gyuhwan is homicidal. Hyun had a damaged relationship with his family, while Gyuhwan visibly loves his dad. Hyun was a half-monster while Gyuhwan is a normal human. Hyun spent his experience with the monsters surrounded by strangers he learnt to care for and protect, while Gyuhwan is surrounded by people he knows but hates and desires to get killed. Hyun was also much more outwardly agressive and mean-spirited than Gyuhwan, but always meant well, while Gyuhwan behaved in a defeated manner, while being extremely vindictive.

* {{Expy}}: Seongbin is pretty much [[LightNovel/ClassroomOfTheElite Kiyotaka Ayanokouji]] as a BarbaricBully antagonist. The two share the hairstyle and general appearance, resting bitch face, bordeline-sociopathic personalities, social darwinist views and [[spoiler: DaddyIssues backstory. But while Ayanokouji is ultimately a genuinely troubled individual who just wants to earns his freedom, Seongbin in very much sadistic and evil.]]

* WeaponOfChoice: It's right in the name.

* WeaponOfChoice: A bow, whose arrows she coated with the green substance from the shotgun's shells.

* WeaponOfChoice: Uses a flute to distract a monster.

* WeaponOfChoice: Starts using a machete in Chapter 22

* GreaterScopeVillain: [[spoiler: The finale reveals he is this to the parent series ''Webcomic/SweetHome'', being resposible for the monster outbreak.]]

* {{Expy}}: Seongbin is pretty much [[LightNovel/ClassroomOfTheElite Kiyotaka Ayanokouji]] as a BarbaricBully antagonist. The two share the hairstyle and general appearance, resting bitch face, bordeline-sociopathic personalities, social darwinist views and [[spoiler: DaddyIssues backstory. But while Ayanokouji is ultimatley a genuinely troubled individual whojust wants to earns his freedom, Seongbin in very much sadistic and evil.]]

* TheBadGuyWins: [[spoiler: While he did suffer a number of setbacks, One achieved almost all his goals by the end of the series. He has slaughtered the MM forces, taken over Zero's body and kickstated the mosterization apocalypse.]]

* AmbiguouslyAbsentParent: While his father appears in flashbacks and has a minor plot point of being ill, Gyuhwan's mom is hadly mentioned if at all.

* TouchedByVorlons: We never get an explanation on Zero's origins or the source of his power.[[spoiler: His earliest memory is coming to on an alley and he seemed to already have his abilities from the get go.]]

* AmbiguousSituation: What exactly Zero ''is'' is pretty much anyone's guess. He has a broken voice similar to the Monsters of the original series, but has a mostly humanoid appearance and can infect others with the monster-transformation similar to the "Evolved", also from the original series. He is also implied to be related to the Variants, but they don't seem to recognize him as one of their own.

* CharacterDevelopment: As the story progresses, Sanggwon becomes disillusioned with [[TheSociopath Seongbin]] and [[DirtyCoward Chanhyeok]]. He even apologizes to Gyuhwan during tehir second encounter

* ThreeAmigos: With Seongbin Yu and Sanggwon Ahn.

* ThreeAmigos: With Seongbin Yu and Chanhyeok Park.

** He often shows a level of disapproval when it comes to [[DysfunctionJunction Yeongchan High's folk]] antics.

* {{Expy}}: His appearence, [[BigBad role in the]] [[MonsterLord story]] and [[ManOfWealthAndTaste elements of]] [[Narcissist his personality]] bring [[Manga/DemonSlayerKimetsuNoYaiba Muzan Kibutsuji]] to mind. Both also have the late-series goal of devouring a special member of their species (Nezuko for Muzan, Zero for One) for more power.

* SupportingProtagonist: Similarly to Hyun from the parent series, the series occasionaly puts his story arc on the backseat to show what the other characthers are up to (namely [[TheHeavy Seongbin]] and [[ArcHero Chayeong]].

* ShipTease: Teased Gyuhwan for him having a crush on her in the past.[[spoiler: However, her standing up for him, and constant worry about him, implies she has feelings for Gyuhwan too.]]

* TokenGoodTeammate: Of the Yu family, given what his [[ParentalNeglect father]] and [[AxCrazy Seongbin]].
