* NoSenseofDirection: Lilli apparently has lots of trouble finding her way around when she's not with Tia. This explains why she's only seen in the opening and ending in ''Freudenstachel''[[spoiler:, as she wasn't able to find where the High Chapel is located. Luckily, she still manages to find Tia again after Freu freezes Iris forever]].

* PsychoPink: Her dress incorporates pink, [[BitchInSheepsClothing she seems innocent initially]], and she's evil to the core.

* AbusiveOffspring: Iris manipulates Count Zeppelin into starting a rebellion against the Empire for her entertainment, then kills her own father when the player character has him at her mercy. Then, in ''Freudenstachel'', she brings his corpse back from the dead and brainwashes him to her liking, manipulating him into thinking that Spiritia was the one who killed him instead and that her prayers salvaged his soul, and into thinking of Iris herself as the only absolute and going into OmnicidalManiac mode.

* BeyondRedemption: In Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel, Freudia mentions that Spiritia once believed Iris could change for the better, but she's proven incapable of doing such a thing, which is all the more reson why she refuses to let her live. Considering all the terrible deeds she committed throughout the series up to that point just to satisfy her twisted amusement, it's safe to say that it's no wonder Freu wants Iris dead at that point in the game.

* CombatPragmatist: Both the first game and the sequel seem to portray her as this. When you first face off against her, she attacks you from within her massive Iris Machine, and, in the first game and its side-story, she continues her attacks from within the safety of her Iris Capsule. In Freudenstachel and its own side-story, she sics a BrainwashedAndCrazy Tia on you. It's only during the final phases of both of the final boss battles that she decides to fight you head-on. And after her defeat in the first game, what does she do? She pulls off an ISurrenderSuckers and self-destructs her palace, trying to take you down with it.

* CuteAndPsycho:Shows at the end of the first game in both modes, of course. At first, in both stories, she's definitely cute, but she gets the Psycho part even more when she gets her VillainousBreakdown just before the final battle, as she starts laughing maniacally and very quickly changes her prim and proper attitude to insane motormouthed arrogance.
* DaddysLittleVillain: Inverted in that she is using her father and pulls off the "YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness" deal on him. She didn't care about his death - but he in her words was certainly entertaining.

* FateWorseThanDeath: Depending on how you interpret the ending of ''Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel'', either Freu freezes her to death or keeps her trapped in ice as a HumanPopsicle for all of eternity, which definitely qualifies as this.
* FaceOfAnAngelMindOfADemon: She makes [[VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}} Baby Bonnie Hood]] look innocent and sweet by comparison; she looks adorable and kind but it's a facade that hides her cold and ruthless side.

* HatedByAll: None of the other characters have had a good opinion of her ever since she betrayed RKS, murdered her own father in cold blood, and revealed that she started their war on the Empire for laughs. And even before then - and even before she revealed the AwfulTruth - she still had a couple of detractors who either already hated her from the very beginning, were rightfully suspicious of her, or both, such as Zorne and Kahl.

* ManBehindTheMan: She's the one who convinced her father to rebel against the Empire as part of her own plan.

* OneWingedAngel: In the final battle, she turns into a seraphic version of herself.

* PowerGivesYouWings: In her One-Winged Angel form, she has several golden wings.

* TheSociopath: She lacks a conscious or [[LackOfEmpathy any empathy]], has no emotional connections to anyone including [[{{Patricide}} her own father]], and views her pawns as expendable. She also manipulates others, [[AGodAmI possesses a grandiose sense of self-worth]], and cares for nobody but herself.

* VillainsWantMercy: Subverted; see ISurrenderSuckers above. PlayedStraight in ''Freudenstachel'' when she begs that Freudia won't go through what she planned to do (put her to a cold sleep eternally)... Except Freudia already ran out of craps to give and showed no mercy.

* YouMonster: After [[spoiler:laying Count Zeppelin back to rest again]], she comments to herself that [[spoiler:Iris Zeppelin]] isn't human after all.
