Father of Moka and her sisters. Issa is the Head of Shuzen Family, he's also husband of Gyoukuro and [[spoiler: Akasha]] was his mistress. Introduced in story in chapter 30 and appears later on Floating Garden as a Head of Fairy Tale Sub-Division Two.
