The fourth child of the Moriarty family. He resents his big brother for sparing Ron but disposing of another of their siblings, Alice.

However, since his ability to perceive lies mainly just discerns between lies and truth, he isn't able to deduce the motive. This is also the implication why he has a C-rank detective license despite how bad he is at grasping the truth 80% of the time when not around crows.

He is severely distraught that, had not been for a pure stroke of luck, his latest impulse to tell a murderer to kill himself would have ended with Isshiki himself dead.

* BadBoss: While she can, on occasion, be nice to Isshiki, she is mostly quite nasty to him, doing things like publicly humiliating him in the office by laughing at the idea of letting him in on her case and threatening to fire him if Kamo's investigations aren't up to her standards. Even when she has to thank and rely on him, she can't even bring herself to physically thank him properly and says she is only relying on him because she has absolutely no other option.
