Obligatory War Crime Scene doesn't cover war crimes of villains, and has been renamed.

* ObligatoryWarcrimeScene: Discussed. King Deltiard turned a blind eye to it as long as he got the results he wanted, but even in this setting, launching attacks under the white flag of Parley and using civilians as shields are both crimes and he loves to do it.

The high value target the Resistance tried to ambush. Kyrie and Joanna raid his personal mansion and assassinate him the very night after the failed ambush. He is well known to ask for Parley under a White Flag of truce or surrender in order to lure his opponents into ambushes, uses civilians as shields, and is in charge of selling off POW as slaves.

* CruelAndUnusualDeath: He dies as a result of multiple third and fourth degree burns, all over his body, as a result of being boiled alive.
* DidNotThinkThisThrough: He's in the bath while Kyrie is sticking her finger in the tub and he yells "You're that 'useless' Teapot Hero!" rather than try to get out of the tub while he has the chance, as Kyrie makes it a point to tell him she's raising the water temperature. It's only when the water starts scalding his skin that he realizes she's actually a mortal threat, but it's way, way too late for him by then.

* VillainsWantMercy: When Kyrie raises his bathwater to ''literally'' boiling temperatures and both hamstrings him and chops off his hands at the wrist, he surrenders and begs for mercy. Since killing him is sure to hurt King Deltiard, and he's a loathsome piece of refuse who has a long history of faking his surrender, Kyrie has no issue letting him be boiled alive.
