* KarmicDeath: Being another [[YesMan]] in Gracia's service whom essentially shamed people for not blindly loving his mistress. It feels cathartic that the person who he was party to indirectly murdering brutally mares him before his becoming a zombie upon their reanimation.

* DropTheHammer: A large hammer is Kapoor's weapon of choice before Gracia authorises the use of firearms.

* AbominationAccusation: Has the gall to throw the monster slight at a mutated Bindi after shooting her square in the face. [[Hypocrite Despite everything]] being her fault in the first place.

* AssholeVictim: What the headmistress really is from start to finish. Had she done her job and protected Nanan and her students or listened to reason as things spiraled out of control, Bindi never would've [[BombThrowingAnarchist gone so insane with rage]].

* EmotionlessGirl: She shoots her zombified henchman and covers up the zombification of innocent students with an expression of cold indifference. This falters as she realises that the situation is escalating beyond her ability to control.

* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Downplayed. Despite having such a moment months earlier with the death of Nanan, Gracia still covered up the incident along with many others anyway. Even when she had the chance to own up to her mistakes, that selfish fool still went so far as to [[TheScapeGoat blame Bindi]] for a fake outbreak. By the time she realizes what a grave mistake that was, it's too late...

* TheSociopath: Checks off a lot of unsavory prospects. Cares only for her personal vested interests, uses BlatantLies for effecting a self-serving agenda. Either to underscore the dangers present on her sanctuary or undermine those whom oppose her to control the masses. Regularly lambasts her former love interest for not doing a decent enough job at cleaning up her messes, makes regular justifications for the many repugnant things she does in the name of protecting such a WretchedHive. More often than not, she even does things that ends up endangering her domain instead of helping it. All because she refuses to own up to past errors made.

* ItsPersonal: Her backstory reveals that her parents dying in Raccoon City -- where they worked -- when it fell into ZombieApocalypse caused her to join the B.S.A.A. so she could help to fight bio-terrorism.

* AssholeVictim: If she acted like a better person towards Nanan, she wouldn't have unleashed a ZombieApocalypse on the entire school. For the record, Alisa is [[KarmicDeath one of the fatalities.]]

* UpperClassTwit: Like many amongst a school of the rich elite. She's revealed to be bratty, condescending, stupid as she is mean spirited. It is part of what gets her and other killed in the end.

* UndignifiedDeath: Was both fitting and cathartic that the very person whom she mocked right up until the end was the one who zombified her. All the pompous blueblood could do was eke out a squeal of terror just before receiving her KissOfDeath.

* TheBully: What she is behind closed doors, being just another high society snob [[UpperClassTwit whose mind sits tied to her behind]] and has an entitlement complex a mile wide. When the heat gets turned up however, she melts like cheap margarine and immediately rats out Alisa to Nanan when she pressures her for information's who it was that vandalized her desk.

* FeelingOppressedByTheirExistence: A thought process shared by a great many amongst the students regarding Nanan. Even after she left Lana still insulted her for having the nerve to attend their school despite her financial woes.

* BitCharacter: Barely gets any screentime on story save as the mystery assailant introduces the proto virus into the academy grounds before being killed off.

Then after Nanan dies and becomes a zombie-making monster, Alisa and her fellow bullies are among her first victims.

* ManipulativeBitch: Bindi turns out to be behind the zombie attacks and acts like an innocent student to throw off suspicion.

* SlowlySlippingIntoEvil: What became of her after the encounter with said mysterious virus dealer. At first, Bindi only wanted to push Gracia into confessing her sins. Only [[LaserGuidedKarma targeting people]] thru the reanimate Nanan whom she felt more [[AssholeVictim than a dignified disdain]] for at first. Then the selfish headmistress went and smeared her name and stripped her of the student body presidency.

* ItsAllAboutMe: Anything she does, all that she ever espiers to.

* ManipulativeBitch: Lets see, a self-serving high lady type who uses her false charms to push an old flame into doing her dirty work? Check. Has a cult minded following amongst the populace of JerkAss SucidalLemmings who wit on her hand and foot, believing everything she says? Check. Abuses her authority to cover up many atrocities within her community, coerces people into acting on her whims to get her way and undermines or defames those who go against her wishes? [[RuleOfThree sums up her character]] about right.

* StrawHypocrite: That's what her character boils down to in a nutshell, even [[BigBad Bindi Bergara]] called her a dipstick on that front. Speaking like everything she did was for the sake of protecting the school and its denizens when in reality? It was only ever about safeguarding her precious little empire of willing drones serving their selfish queen. No matter how many lives are lost, or who she has to hurt, screw over or betray to get her way. All because out of all her daddy's kids she always believed herself to be his least liked. She only goes to the lengths to cover any blemishes on her squeaky clean appearances just to [[PrideBeforeAFall stoke her inflated ego]].

* BlamingTheVictim: What her telling Bindi despite indirectly causing the zombie outbreak boils down to as she died. Even after admitting her fault in this, Gracia still partly refused to acknowledge she pushed an innocent kid to such extents.

Speaking like everything she did was for the sake of protecting the school and its denizens when in reality? * RedemptionEqualsDeath: Downplayed, after finally coming to how badly she screwed everything up when a mutated Nanan kills Kapoor and seriously injures Doug, Gracia leaves a letter on Doug's bed revealing the existence of a helicopter that he and Ricky can use to leave the academy. Soon after, she is killed by Bindi.

* ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney: After Nanan beats her -- and her henchmen -- up for her DisproportionateRetribution (see above) and Bindi confronts her by calling what they tried to do a crime, she offers to pay Nanan and Bindi to ensure their silence on the incident. Bindi is NOT impressed.
