* AmusinglyAwfulAim: Bianci is an accomplished hitman whose [[MasterPoisoner poisining skills]] earned her the [[RedBaron title]] of "The Poisonous Scorpion". On the other hand, her aim with any kind of firearm is horrendous, to the point it's almost a RunningGag. In chapter 13 Bianchi is trying to gun down Adult Lambo and Reborn remarks that the bullets could end up flying anywhere. This is in sharp contrast to her brother, who fights by throwing explosives at people with a surprising level of skill, accuracy and strategy.

* MayflyDecemberRomance: With Reborn, who is an infant, while she is in her mid 20's to guess. It works both ways as it's revealed that [[spoiler:Reborn is an adult trapped in an infant body for many years]]

* AbhorrentAdmirer: Bianchi and most women that he hits on certainly thinks so. It's not that his looks are abhorrent, but it's his ''personality'' that turns them off. Turned around when he saw Longchamp's girlfriends in the bowling chapter, where he thinks of them as monsters instead.

* BigDamnHeroes: Saves Haru from bird's twins after they are taken hostage by the latter in the Kokuyo Arc.

* HandsomeLech: Handsome and lecherous to every single woman in the story, even one's half his age.

* AbusiveParents: Although she does love Tsuna, she definitely doesn't really care enough about his future or his self-esteem to count as a good parent (including not doing anything about his truancy or poor grades, and constantly belittling him in front of his friends and the girl he likes as [[ButtMonkey "No Good Tsuna"]]. She gets better though.

* CharacterizationMarchesOn: In the Daily Life Arc in the manga, she was shown to be on bad terms with her son at times, she was shown scolding him for not caring about his future and openly calling him a loser in front of his friends. In the later parts of the series, this part is completely gone and Nana is shown to be a very generous and compassionate woman that hardly lashes out on anyone.

* ManChild: In the manga, she acts very [[GenkiGirl hyper]] and childish and looks more like Tsuna's ''[[MumLooksLikeASister sister]]''. Subverted in the anime where she is more clueless rather than childish.

* ParentingTheHusband: She smothers and spoil Iemitsu quite a bit. Considering she still does all of the housework [[DisappearedDad whenever he’s home]] and allows him to lie around all day with little complaint. She even chastises Tsuna whenever he acts cold to his father.

* StayInTheKitchen: Rarely seen outside of the kitchen, or hospital.

* UselessBystanderParent: Downplayed. As she is completely unaware about the mafia and everything her son has been put through, however she’s completely aware of how useless and unpopular her son is, which she acknowledges with a straight face and rarely does she see a problem in how often Reborn disrespects and beats him.
* YamatoNadeshiko: In the anime and manga, at least according to Haru Haru's Interview, Dangerous!

* DistressedDamsel: This is her usual role in the story, along with Tsuna being her savior.

* YamatoNadeshiko: When she takes the Dying Will Bullet, she becomes quieter and more polite. Still, BewareTheNiceOnes.

* GenkiGirl: Quite genki even if she is in the middle of something caused by Reborn.

* StrangeMindsThinkAlike: Had a common wavelength with Bianchi from the beginning.

* YamatoNadeshiko: Her future self at least. Gokudera and Tsuna even lampshades how feminine she has become.

* InformedAttractiveness: Is supposedly considered to be the “good-looking” kendo captain of Namimori Middle, but his personality was so bad that no one out-of-universe really sees it.

* KilledOffscreen: In the future, he's killed by the Millefiore. This causes some anguish on Yamamoto, and Tsuna can't help but worry about his friend.

* DressingAsTheEnemy: He along with Chrome disguise themselves as White Spell soldiers to infiltrate the Melone Base.
* FriendToAllChildren: In the Future Arc at least where he offers to play with Lambo and I-pin in order not to disturb Hibari.

* GrumpyBear: She is often seen in a foul mood and only on a few occasions when she’s amused, it’s at the expense of others, mainly Tsuna.

* CryCute: Upon being told the full truth in the Future arc she starts to emotionally cry, she hides it from Tsuna with Bianchi trying to comfort her.

* YouGottaHaveBlueHair: She has pink hair.

* InformedAttractiveness: She doesn’t stand out from the other female characters at all, yet she’s described to be an ''angelic beauty'' more often than anyone else.

* BrainlessBeauty: She’s always quick to believe in Ryohei’s impossible excuses, one of which he tells her that he got hit by a ''meteorite''.
* CurtainsMatchTheWindow: She sports orange hair and eyes.
