* BoundAndGagged: Twice this has happened. The first time, Sora was taken hostage by Courtney Gears because of his illness, and she binds and gags him; the fact that he's in his Halloween Town form, and thus has fangs, prevents him from ungagging himself. The second time is [[spoiler:when Sora is used as a syphon for the Heart of the Asylum, and is only gagged for being a DeviantCaptive]]. * {{Foil}}: He's Gentaro's. Both are nice people who believe in ThePowerOfFriendship and amass a large party of friends. In the stories that they both star in ''Diamond Adventure!'' for Sora and ''Through Darkness and Mirrors'' for Gentaro, they both TookALevelInJerkass, but while Sora's is justified in that he's requested to guard Diancie while his leg is getting healed, Gentaro doesn't really have that much of an excuse outside [[spoiler:having going through 2 months of Limbo investigations and that got ruined by a vampire wrestler who didn't know when to shut up although it's blater revealed to be Limbo corrupting him.]] Also, they both have a girl that cares about them that are associated with light (Kairi for Sora, Elena for Gentaro) but Kairi is more proactive whereas Elena withdraws herself when the chaos starts.

!!Jak and Daxter

The Naughty Dog duo are ready to fight anything that heads their way.
----
* AmbiguousSituation: [[spoiler:Jak ''may'' have been in control of Sora's body at the end of Act Four of "The Friendship Asylum". It's never revealed which is which]].
* AndThenJohnWasAZombie: [[spoiler:Jak's heart, combined with Sora's memories, left the body inside the computer; what everything thinks is Sora, is really Jak's Heartless]].
* ButtMonkey: Daxter retains this from the games, but especially when [[SweetSeal Juggle Pup]] comes into the picture, and starts tossing him around like a beach ball.
* DiedInYourArmsTonight: [[spoiler:Jak collapses into Tron's arms as his heart crumbles from the missing memories in a sad CallBack to when Damas was killed]].
* EmptyShell: During the second act, when Jak follows Otacon, he has no idea that what he thinks is Sora is actually [[spoiler:Jak's own heart merged with pieces of Sora's heart stolen from him]]. As a result, [[spoiler:it was technically Jak's Nobody who followed Otacon, while his Heartless followed Edward]].
* [[FallenPrincess Fallen Prince]]: The tale doesn't hide the fact that Jak is the former Crown Prince of Haven City.
* FreakyFridayFlip: [[spoiler:Jak somehow got a shard of Sora's heart in him, and that caused him to have his memories jumbled and his personality to turn more naive and innocent.]]
* FriendlyRivalry: They have a minor rivalry with Ratchet and Clank, mostly on a bet they and Sora made against Maleficent.
* GenreSavvy: Daxter is this. He quickly picks up on Nora Valkyrie being out-of-character [[spoiler:because she's actually a disguised Kairi]], and refuses to believe that Jak was purified when they escaped the [[spoiler:second]] time.
* TheImmune: Daxter was ''already'' corrupted at the beginning of ''VideoGame/JakAndDaxterThePrecursorLegacy'', so he's untouchable by the asylum.
* LateArrivalSpoiler: The tales are completely open with several spoilers from the games, namely that Jak is actually the grown-up lost heir, Prince Mar, and is descended from King Mar I, who founded Haven City and spent his entire life protecting it from Metal Heads.
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: Jak completely forgets about the whole asylum mayhem... [[spoiler:and a lot of memories of his past as a side-effect of the asylum swapping his memories with Sora, who now thinks ''he'' defeated Kor and Erol]].
* LossOfIdentity: [[spoiler:Jak's fate at the end of "The Friendship Asylum", which continues on in "Diamond Adventure! The Dark Mystery" and the "Millennium Comet" arc]].
* NiceMeanAndInbetween: Downplayed with Jak, but played straight with Daxter.
** Jak is pretty much "in-between", with Sora and Ratchet both "nice". This contrasts their origins, where [[VideoGame/JakAndDaxterThePrecursorLegacy Jak]] was the "[[CuteMute nice]]", [[VideoGame/RatchetAndClank2002 Ratchet]] was the "[[VillainProtagonist mean]]", and [[VideoGame/KingdomHeartsI Sora]] was the "[[ResignedToTheCall in-between]]".
** Daxter is the "in-between", with both Clank and Goofy as the "nice", and Donald as the "mean".
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: [[spoiler:Jak's real name is Mar, which is registered in the pantheon computers. The fact that "Sora" is listed as "Mar" is what causes Noah to conclude that Jak's heart was tampered with]].
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: [[spoiler:Jak may be a NiceGuy on a good day, but in general, he's not as nice as Sora. Him starting to act like Sora sends a serious message to his friends that the asylum did something to his heart]].
* Really700YearsOld[=/=]Really17YearsOld: Both are 19, but because of the use of TimeTravel, their chronical ages don't match up. Jak is chronically 5, while Daxter is chronically 519.
* SacrificialLamb: Jak is the first confirmed Asylum Guardian in ''The Friendship Asylum''. [[spoiler:And also the last to be purified]].
* ScrewYourself: [[spoiler:Jak slaps what he thinks is Sora in the face moments after entering the computer world. In reality, he had already been divided into two beings, with his Nobody doing the slapping]].

!!Ratchet and Clank

Friendly rivals to Jak and Daxter. They just wanted to do target shootouts with [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyX Yuna]], but got brought in when an old enemy rears their ugly head.
----
* BadassAndChildDuo: [[spoiler:A Ralts joins them during the Undead Uprising in ''The Friendship Asylum'']].
* BigDamnHeroes: Clank figures out how to speak with {{telepathy}}, and uses it to help Riku and Daxter escape the asylum before their corrupted friends could hurt them.
* DeadpanSnarker: Although he's much more cheerful this time around, Ratchet still has his moments to snark.
* FriendlyRivalry: With Sora and Jak.
* IWillFindYou: Ratchet swears this when Riku is corrupted in the hopes of [[spoiler:keeping Sora alive]].
* NarratorAllAlong: Ratchet serves as the narrator of ''The Friendship Asylum'', as revealed at the end.
* NiceMeanAndInbetween: As stated in their rivals' profile, Ratchet and Clank are respectively "in-between" and "nice" in their groups.
* NoSell: Clank can't be corrupted by the asylum, along with all machine-type entities. [[spoiler: He uses this to his advantage to as TheMole.]]
* SoapOperaRapidAgingSyndrome: Lampshaded by Clank in ''Muse Hysteria''. At the beginnings of their respective adventures ([[VideoGame/JakIIRenegade in the present]]), Jak was 15, while Sora and Ratchet were both 14. Because time flows differently in their universes, all three aged differently. Jak is now 19, Sora is 17, and Ratchet is 25. Clank himself is 11.
* TwoGuysAndAGirl: [[spoiler:With Ralts when she joins them in ''The Friendship Asylum'']].

!!Sly Cooper

The latest thief in a famous family of thieves, Sly entered the asylum at the end of ''Muse Hysteria'' to see what he can find. He didn't escape.
----
* AlternateContinuity: In the pantheon's continuity, [[spoiler:Sly escapes [=LeParadox=]'s blimp and doesn't end up in Ancient Egypt]], allowing the Cooper Gang to continue their adventures.
* BadImpressionists: His poor Italian accent is commented on a few times, but he doesn't use it here.
* DisneyDeath: [[spoiler:Sly's body is incinerated when Lea/Axel sets him free from the asylum, and is restored in moonlight. Despite this, Sly remains in a coma until Maxwell's orb is smashed]].
* HeroicBSOD: WordOfGod has it that he's still suffering from nightmares in regards of being incinerated from ''The Friendship Asylum'' when he appears in ''Battle Royale: Round 2'' and ''Diamond Adventure! The Dark Mystery''.
* ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice: [[spoiler: Gets pinned to a wall by one of Axel's chakrams...and then set on fire.]]
* LaserGuidedKarma: [[spoiler:Sure, being shocked is kinky. What about being ''incinerated''!?]]
* LossOfIdentity: Sly gets corrupted into an Asylum Guardian.
* KillItWithFire: [[spoiler:Sly is purified when his corrupted self is burned alive by Axel]].
* MasterOfStealth: He's a thief, and he's capable of turning invisible when need be. [[spoiler: That's how he was able to enter the GUAG Medical Division without suspicion and corrupt Riku in his sleep.]]
* TooKinkyToTorture: Loves the paralyzing punch from Carmelita's shock pistol and begs the Interpol Officer to shock him more. [[spoiler:Defied when it comes to fire, however]].

!!Carmelita Fox (Sly Cooper)

Inspector Fox of Interpol who has a love/hate relationship with a certain raccoon thief. She gets involved during the craziness of ''Muse Hysteria'' and when she believes Sly set her up on a lunch date, only to find her criminal now an Asylum guard. She's later interrogating BROKEN Matt in ''Through Darkness and Mirrors''.
----
* AllCrimesAreEqual: Carmelita not only believes that everyone who committed a crime, even by accident, should be punished, she also refuses to accept the idea of a MoralityKitchenSink. Because of this, she is also known to target heroes such as Sora, Donald, and Goofy, and even ''Princesses of Heart'' like Kairi and Alice.
* FreakOut: Unleashes this when she finds the CreepyDoll shrine in ''The Friendship Asylum'', ''especially'' when she sees the one of Sora dangling on a noose.
* FriendlyEnemy: She works alongside Sora and Riku in ''Muse Hysteria'' when interviewing Penelope, and eventually helps to rescue Sora from Courtney Gears at the end, even though they're technically criminals, and she's antagonized them before. Riku calls her a villain in his reports.
* {{Jerkass}}: A result of her KnightTemplar BlackAndWhiteInsanity. She isn't nice to anyone who commits crimes, regardless of age or justification.
* LongList: Her final appearance in ''The Friendship Asylum'' has her going through a list of gods who detest Queen Chryaslis for her role in causing Alternate!Gentaro's arrival in the Pantheon, and she signs her name at the bottom.
* PrivateMilitaryContractors: She has a pack of ape mercenaries who help to capture (or kill) criminals. They show up twice; in ''Muse Hysteria'' where they carry Sora out of Courtney Gears' lair after he enters shock, and near the end of ''The Friendship Asylum'' to arrest [[spoiler:Prince Hans]].
* StaticStunGun: Her pistol packs a paralyzing punch. [[spoiler: Sadly, Sly is TooKinkyToTorture on that regard.]]

!!Murray Hippo (Sly Cooper)

The Muscle of the Cooper Gang, going in after Sly got corrupted.
----
* ChekhovsGun: Murray's beloved van is used to [[spoiler:rush Sora to Black Jack without being seen by the public]].
* HistoryRepeats: From his point of view. [[spoiler:Murray was forced to watch helplessly as Sora is crushed and ends up confined to a wheelchair, which happened to Bentley in the past]]. The only difference in this case is that [[spoiler:Sora eventually relearns to walk, while Bentley is permanently paralyzed from the waste down]].
* TheMentor: In ''Muse Hysteria'', he and his own master, The Guru, take Kairi in to help expand her powers as a Princess of Heart, and also to hide her from rabid fangirls who want her dead and her two friends performing "the unspeakable".
* MyGreatestFailure: [[spoiler:Feels horrible being unable to save Sora from losing his leg at the end of ''The Friendship Asylum''.]]

!!Dimitri (Sly Cooper)

Close friend of the Cooper Gang, who acts more like a MissionControl in this story.
----
* TheCloudcuckoolanderWasRight: Gives Mickey Mouse an analogy on how everyone in the Pantheon are mice in regards to how they're all in the dark about what's going on, and how the asylum is like a dark maze. Two acts later, Alternate!Gentaro echoes this.

!!Sora (Kingdom Hearts)

The Keyblade Warrior who leads the fight against the Heartless. Unfortunately, even ''he'' isn't immune to the chaos that happens.
----
* AnArmAndALeg: [[spoiler:Loses one of his legs near the end of ''The Friendship Asylum'' and this continues in later appearances (''Battle Royale: Round Two'' and ''Diamond Adventure!''). By extension, Roxas lost his leg, too, as revealed in ''Through Darkness and Mirrors''. This only applies in the pantheon, as he retains his leg elsewhere]].
** ArtificialLimbs: [[spoiler: Gets a prosthetic leg to replace the one he lost, courtesy of the same technicians [[Film/TheEmpireStrikesBack who gave Luke Skywalker a replacement of the hand he lost to Darth Vader]].]]
* BerserkButton: Don't. Hurt. Kairi. Insane, [[spoiler:he will unleash a ZombieApocalypse if you do so!]] Sane? [[spoiler:Ask the Cragmites]].
* BigGood: He's this in ''Muse Hysteria''.
* BreakTheCutie: By the end of ''The Friendship Asylum'', Sora is traumatized and a bit cynical from his time in the asylum [[spoiler:and being force to remember Jak's worst memories]].
* CanineCompanion: His Dream Eater pal, Meow Wow.
* CombatPragmatist: Despite being a NiceGuy, when Sora fights, he's quite dirty. Misty points out that Sora would make a good Dark-type Pokémon trainer if he chooses to become one.
* DarkIsNotEvil: He's in his [[PerkyGoth Halloween Town attire]] in ''Muse Hysteria's'' third act, and unintentionally becomes Radical Ed's KnightInShiningArmor after rescuing her from the proxy.
* DefiantToTheEnd: Even when his health is fragile, Sora won't allow Courtney Gears or the [[spoiler:Cragmites]] to get the best of him.
* DistressedDude: Unfortunately, he's so much like Gentaro, that Valentine forces Sora to ''replace'' Gentaro as a siphon for the Heart of the Asylum. He attempts an escape with Meow Wow's help, but as Courtney Gears was fighting Ruby and Carmelita at the same time, the asylum is set on fire, and Sora is caught up and passes out from smoke inhalation, allowing Valentine to recapture him.
* EasilyForgiven: Sora doesn't hold anyone accountable for his [[spoiler:leg injuries]], and makes it clear to Murray that he's not at fault for failing to reach the Keybearer in time to [[spoiler:stop a tree from crushing him]].
* {{Foil}}: He's Gentaro's. Both are nice people who believe in ThePowerOfFriendship and amass a large party of friends. The trauma they go through in ''The Friendship Asylum'' differs: whereas Gentaro's is mental (in that he goes through 1000 rounds of Limbo to the point that he hit the DespairEventHorizon and would've drowned in the waters of Limbo if the CMC didn't save him in time), Sora goes through mental ''and'' physical trauma (from his MindRape, the FreakyFridayFlip and [[spoiler:losing his leg]]).
* FreakyFridayFlip: [[spoiler:His attempt to save Jak from the asylum accidentally had him and Jak swap a shard of their hearts, thus making Sora become more cynical and violent to the point of unleashing an ''Undead Uprising'' upon seeing Kairi nearly killed.]]
* FriendlyRivalry: With Ratchet. Not so much with Jak, as they're more friends than rivals.
* AGlitchInTheMatrix: During Act Three of ''The Friendship Asylum'', when Noah checks the presence of the users inside his hiding spot, the names come up as Françoise and Mar instead of Edward and Sora. Françoise is Ed's real name, but Sora's real name ''isn't'' Mar. [[spoiler:This is treated as proof that something wasn't right with Sora's heart]].
* GoodIsNotSoft: Very nice when his mood is positive, but Sora is known to have a short temper, and is ''dangerous'' when angry. Especially if Kairi is in danger.
* HandicappedBadass: He fights Courtney Gears in spite of intense illness in ''Muse Hysteria'', and is stated to have attacked [[KnightTemplar Carmelita]] to defend Kairi before ''Diamond Adventure'' [[spoiler:with a prosthetic leg]] according to [[Disney/AliceInWonderland Alice Liddell]] in ''Through Darkness and Mirrors''.
* IdiotHero: Sora's far smarter than Ash, but he's made a few glaring mistakes in ''Muse Hysteria''. He can't restore the TV transmitters, for example.
* LaughingMad: In ''The Friendship Asylum'', he unleashes this after a StunnedSilence when he saw how [[spoiler:a brainwashed Kaiba was close to killing Kairi]] and realized that the Darkness Proxy wasn't going to keep their word. [[note]]Sora stated that he would guard the Asylum if the Proxy didn't harm Kairi[[/note]]
** This is also a CallBack to ''Muse Hysteria'' in which he imitates Willow (and his maniacal laugh) before he notes that if he actually starts laughing like that, it's a sign that he's crazy.
* LossOfIdentity: Like Sly, Sora is corrupted into an Asylum Guardian. [[spoiler:Unlike Sly, he got his memories warped with Jak's own, causing him to be unable to figure out who he truly was.]]
* ManlyTears: Sora starts crying when he sees an amnestic Jak, because he stole the latter's memories without knowing. His attempts to apologize fails because [[spoiler:he's forced to wear an oxygen mask]], resulting in Jak being unable to hear him.
* MoralityChain: He's this for Tron.
* MustMakeAmends: [[spoiler:Moments before his leg is amputated, Sora makes a vow to restore Jak's missing memories]], setting up the events of ''Diamond Adventure''.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Sora [[spoiler:(or Jak; it isn't stated who's who at this point)]] gets into this mood when he attacks ''Winnie the Pooh'' in ''The Friendship Asylum''.
* NiceGuy: It's pointed out several times that Sora can see the good in people, and is openly friendly to most people, even villains and justified traitors. Outside of proxy members, the few he's rude to are Penelope and [[spoiler:Valentine]].
* PlotArmor: Averted. The status quo ignores Sora in favor of stopping Ash and Pikachu from remembering the whole asylum incident. Donald points out the absurdity, given Ash could still be around in the same position in the year 3018, but Sora needs the plot armor for [[VideoGame/KingdomHeartsIII his upcoming battle with Xehanort]].
* SatanicArchetype: While corrupted by Dark Eco, Sora becomes pretty much a male [[Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagicaTheMovieRebellion Akuma Homura]], right down to both having some resemblance to each other and turning evil and taking over a domain for the sake of their {{Love Interest}}s. [[spoiler:This later leads to Sora understanding Homura's intents, and forgiving her in ''Diamond Adventure'']]
* StatusQuoIsGod: His status quo was wrecked by [[spoiler:the loss of his leg]], which is a serious offense to the canon continuum. [[spoiler:Thanks to Leia Organa, he's got a prosthetic leg that's convincing enough to keep the public from learning that he's a amputee, lest prevent a RealityBreakingParadox, and just passes off his sudden inability to walk as a broken leg]].
** [[spoiler:His leg is restored offscreen in ''The Millennium Comet'' as a result of Daxter's wish]].

!!Riku (Kingdom Hearts)
A Keyblade Master and Spirit Dream Eater, as well as one of Sora's childhood friends. He's also the author of the "Villains Report".
----
* AchillesHeel: [[spoiler:Riku can't breathe without a nasal cannula during the second half of ''The Friendship Asylum''. Prince Hans use this temporary weakness to stop him from arresting the fugitive prince]].
* TheChewToy: Riku is struck with a crippling illness in both of his appearances, leaving him on the sidelines. Though in "The Friendship Asylum", he's not as incapacitated.
* CorruptTheCutie: Like Sora above.
* DarkIsNotEvil: He's a dark user, and his partner Pokémon is a Dark-type, but he's heroic.
* DontYouDarePityMe: When Ash decides to stay and help Riku out to atone for kidnapping him in Act Two, Riku is ''not'' pleased. It bites him hard when he realized that [[spoiler:he could've sent Ash to guard Sora from Valentine]].
* DreamWalker: Given he's a Dream Eater, one of Riku's main abilities is to walk in others' dreams. [[spoiler:This was how he was able to reunite Winnie the Pooh with a crippled Sora]].
* KingMook: Riku is the strongest Spirit Dream Eater, and also the only one who's human. He's implied to be the reason why Dream Eaters can exist in the awakened world.
* TheImmune: [[spoiler:Riku's immune to darkness]], so the asylum would have difficulty getting him onto its side.
* IShouldWriteABookAboutThis: The whole asylum incident and [[VillainOfAnotherStory Homura's fall from grace]] inspired Riku to start his Villains Report.
* ManInWhite: In contrast to Sora, his Asylum Guard outfit is white.
** LightIsNotGood: He's from a Japanese-based franchise, where white is associated with ''death''.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: If Riku had sent Ash to watch over Sora instead of being annoyed with him, [[spoiler:Sora wouldn't have been abducted]].
* NonActionGuy: For the last third of ''The Friendship Asylum'', Riku is unable to fight, and simply sends Komory Bat and Absol out onto the battlefield as his spies.
* RightHandCat: He and Absol are heroic examples.
* TheThingThatWouldNotLeave: When Ash Ketchum proclaims he will help Riku out to atone for kidnapping him in Act Two, Riku is not happy with it. Granted, Ash thinks Riku is a ''Pokémon'' master, believing Komory Bat to be a Crobat, etc.

!!Kairi (Kingdom Hearts)

Sora and Riku's ChildhoodFriend, and Princess of Heart. She goes undercover in order to help her best friends from Alternate!Gentaro's schemes.
----
* ActionGirl: Don't be fooled; she actually does a bit of fighting.
* BroughtDownToBadass: [[spoiler:Kairi starts to develop darkness in her heart as a side-affect of the events of ''Through Darkness and Mirrors'']].
* CantGetAwayWithNothing: As revealed by [[Disney/AliceInWonderland Alice Liddell]] in ''Through Darkness and Mirrors'', Kairi was targeted by [[KnightTemplar Carmelita]] for impersonating a doctor, trespassing, and theft, despite her heart being devoid of darkness [[spoiler:until ''The Millennium Comet'']]. Sora was furious and attacked the wicked cop, while Riku slandered her in his Villains Report, getting both in trouble as well.
* {{Foil}}: If Sora is the foil for Gentaro, Kairi is the foil to Elena. They're the girls filled with light who end up saving their loved ones from being corrupted by the darkness, but Kairi is already fighting since the first story, whereas it takes Elena until the final story before she goes kicking ass once more. Both go through plenty of trauma involving the boys of their life, but Kairi's mental health is stable, while Elena is suffering through depression by the third story. [[spoiler: They also undergo disguises but Kairi's is to avoid detection from Alternate Gentaro, while Elena's is to prevent herself from going crazy.]]
* LightIsGood: She's a Princess of Heart, natch.
* GuestStarPartyMember: Kairi briefly teams up with Team JNPR in ''Muse Hysteria'' when they decided to confuse the Proxy long enough to rescue the other Princesses of Heart. They're known as Team KRNJ for this moment.
* MajorInjuryUnderreaction: She sprains her ankle and, much later on, breaks her arm, in ''The Friendship Asylum''. She pays no attention at the first one because she's about to be killed by a knife-wielding, brainwashed Seto Kaiba.
* MasterOfDisguise: [[spoiler:Kairi has disguised herself as the Unknown Thief, Nora Valkyrie, and a doctor in the first two tales]].

!!Axel/Lea (Kingdom Hearts)

Former Organization XIII member who enters the fray upon learning Sora (and by extension, Roxas) was corrupted by the Asylum.
----
* BadassFingersnap: How he ignites his chakram to [[spoiler: ''incinerate Sly''!]]
* BigDamnHeroes: Saves Carmelita from being corrupted by Sly and later Kaiba and Princess Peach from Yugi in ''The Friendship Asylum''.
* PlayingWithFire: Has control over the element of fire.
* RunningGag: Being called Axel before it's corrected to just "Lea".

!!Dream Eaters (Kingdom Hearts)
Spirit Dream Eaters who aid their "trainers" out in ''The Friendship Asylum''. The ones shown in the tales are Meow Wow, Komory Bat, Peepsta Hoo, Necho Cat, Kooma Panda, Juggle Pup, and [=R&R=] Seal.
----
* TheBusCameBack: Neku and Beat stopped using their Dream Eaters (Necho Cat and Kooma Panda, respectively) when reunited with their game partners in Traverse Town, but have now opted to work with them again when the asylum takes Joshua.
* DarkIsNotEvil: They're all beings of darkness, but are otherwise friendly.
* DreamWeaver: They rid people of nightmares and give them happy dreams.
* {{Foil}}: Juggle Pup becomes one to Ralts, as they both become temporary third rangers to a Sony mascot duo. Though while Ralts joins Sora after Ratchet decides he doesn't want to be a trainer, Juggle Pup leaves Sora to aid Jak. Coincidently, they share the first letter in their names with their respective "partner".
* {{Mon}}: Unlike Riku, who's a human with Dream Eater powers, these are cute animals created from materials gathered from defeating the Nightmares.
* OddFriendship: Meow Wow befriends Ash's Pikachu, mainly because they are both mascot {{mon}}s.
* SamusIsAGirl: Apparently, Komory Bat is female. Meow Wow's gender is not revealed.
* SweetSeal: The two seal Dream Eaters, Juggle Pup and [=R&R=] Seal. They're FunPersonified, and enjoy tossing their dice, balls, and Daxter to each other and anyone around them.
* UndyingLoyalty: Meow Wow to Sora; Komory Bat to Riku. And later on, [[spoiler:Juggle Pup to Jak]].
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: Meow Wow has a fear of fire, making things harder for it to help Sora escape the burning asylum.

!!Nathan Drake (Uncharted)
A AdventurerArchaeologist and a self-proclaimed descendant of Sir Francis Drake[[note]]jossed in ''Drake's Deception''[[/note]].
----
* GotVolunteered: As he was the first person the Unknown Thief interacted with, Nate was forced into aiding her into spying on the Proxy in ''Muse Hysteria''.
* MistakenIdentity: Some villains have mistaken him for Balthier, and vise versa.
* UnluckilyLucky
