As she froze, her last words were spent screaming at the sky, to whatever entity had destroyed everything she loved. !!Tropes present in all princesses

* {{Nerf}}: [[spoiler: Celestia used Applebloom's EndOfTheWorldSpecial CosmicRetcon]] to strip the Princesses of the ability to use their observational abilities to see everything in order to prevent them from becoming a SpotlightStealingSquad, which effectively defeats the purpose of incarnating as a mortal. Celestia, Luna and Cadence cannot use sunlight, moonlight and songbirds respectively. If they have to use the ability again, it will be on a much more limited scale.

* CoolPet: [[spoiler:She keeps ''[[EldritchAbomination Windigos!]]'' for pets! Though as it turned out, she "only" has one, which she got at the same time as Celestia got Philomena. That particular Windigo was used in the showdown she and Celestia had with Discord.]]

* MotiveDecay: Is accused of this by Applejack when it comes to telling her what she came to heard about her ancestor, and instead received Tirek's life story. Luna admits she might have gotten caught up in the epic.

* DeathOrGloryAttack: As the AnthropomorphicPersonification of the sun, she can literally ''become'' the sun with complete control over the amount of light and heat emitted as revealed in Sunset's origin chapter where she resorted to this against the Shadow Queen, effectively recreating a supernova that erased her. The downside to such a powerful attack? Subverted as it doesn't actually kill her but it instead ''completely empties'' her mana reserves, leaving her unable to raise the sun or even stand effectively reducing her to a sitting duck for the foreseeable future.
