* MeaningfulName: [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clotho Clotho]] was one of the Three Fates, specifically the one that made major decisions in one's life, such as when and who was born, as well as who gets saved and who dies. What this means for the future is uncertain.
* MyGreatestFailure: Despite managing to reunite with her son, she kept unintentionally pushing feelings about the late Lika onto Xiaan, who is now her daughter-in-law, likely unable to get over feelings of Xiaan being a ReplacementGoldfish for her own daughter. * PosthumousCharacter: Most of what we hear about her is through WordOfGod. The circumstances of her death are unknown other than she died in combat less than a year after Doriah and Xiaan were rescued.

Barriss was still in Republic custody at the time of Order 66, and thus made the perfect original candidate for what became the Imperial Inquisition.

Their dynamic and personalities are just a tiny bit more abrasive than in canon, considering [[ManipulativeBastard the people]] [[WhatAnIdiot around them]] and [[DarkAndTroubledPast their rougher pasts]], but they're otherwise the same characters we know, just in a different situation.
* RagtagBunchOfMisfits: A Twi'lek ISB Agent, an ex-Jedi-turned-Inquisitor, an old C1 astromech droid, a Mandalorian academy cadet washout, a former Lasat Honor Guardsman, and a Force-sensitive streetrat.
* UndyingLoyalty: To Hera. The only reason they are with the Empire at all is because of her. [[spoiler:When Hera wants to rescue Kanan, an act of high treason, they don't hesitate to join her]].

* TheCynic: He wryly notes at one point that he doesn't expect to see his next birthday.
* TheEmpath: Taken UpToEleven in one incident. See MySkullRunnethOver.
* MoralityChain: To the crew, maybe. He's the only one with an unaltered past, and he's pretty much only joining the crew because he has nowhere else to go. So far, he's had a rather positive effect on the others.
* MySkullRunnethOver: He accidentally senses ''every living being'' on Lothal at one point, and it's completely overwhelming.

A washed out cadet from the Imperial Academy on Mandalore. After some convincing by Hera, she joined her rebel-hunting team.

* PragmaticAdaptation: Due to her backstory being planned before "Blood Sisters" and "The Protector of Concord Dawn", she has a very different one from canon.
* ReassignedToAntarctica: An Academy cadet washout that ended up getting recruited in an unorthodox ISB team. A highly possible alternative is being executed by firing squad on Mandalore.

A former Honor Guardsman of Lasan. After the planet falls to Imperial massacre, he gets convinced by Hera to join her rebel-hunting team.

* BerserkButton: Like in canon, he is none too pleased to find out that he's coincidentally under the command of the man who apparently ordered the massacre of Lasan.

Mother of Hera and wife to Cham. Comes from a minor branch of the Syndulla family, also being the second of three daughters. She was captured in the raid on Zardossa Stix and held as a political prisoner. She conspired with her sister-in-law Seku to escape, and succeeded in making her way back to the fleet.

* MeaningfulName: In Myth/ClassicalMythology, Alecto is one of the Furies, as well as meaning 'the implacable anger'.
