* PowerUpFood: The Dragon Lord wants to eat the turtles, so he can have the "magic" that made them what they are, believing it will make him stronger.

-> Venus' master, who found her and raised her when she was separated from the other four Turtles. He ends up killed by the Dragon Lord, telling his surrogate daughter on his deathbed to go to New York to reunite with the original four.

!! The Shredder
-> The Turtles' standard nemesis. In the series premiere, Venus neutralizes him by awakening Oroku Saki's mind to observe the monster he's become. The Foot Clan disbands shortly afterwards, but the Shredder isn't gone for good.
