* NormalFishInATinyPond: Make no mistake, most of the members are bonafide badass ninja's that can kick ass against ordinary foes, it. The few times we see members face off against people that aren't Ninja Slayer and co, they handily dominate their foes. Examples include Arson casually dispatching a group of gang members, Explosive handling Rapture with ease and Prominence easily dealing with Flickshot. It just unfortunate for them that Ninja Slayer is leagues above them.
* OvershadowedByAwesome: They are a legion of powerful ninja's with varying forms of skills and abilities that render nearly everyone of them a threat that most foes would struggle to overcome.... But unfortunately for them, their most common foes just so happen to be among the most powerful individuals there are, which results in them looking like common cannon fodder.

* TheIgor: A rare female example, except she lacks any of the grotesque physical features, instead looking like your typical HelloNurse (with an extra dose of {{Squick}}).

* BadassGrandpa: Time hasn't slowed down Gendoso one bit; he remains as swift and deadly as any other ninja in their prime.

* TheMentor: Both Ninja Slayer's and Yukano's.

* InTheBack: This is how Hugeshuriken incapacitates him via poison dart. He's been bed-ridden ever since.

* OldMaster: One of the elder residents of Neo-Saitama also happens to be a highly skilled ninja.

* DomesticAbuser: He's not even ashamed about it, loudly screaming expletives for the whole neighborhood to hear while pounding on his girlfriend. Too bad for him, one of those neighbors happens to be a very pissed off vigilante...
* LaserGuidedKarma: Shortly after he's made a punching bag out of Maria, he in turn gets the snot beaten out of him, then dropped several feet off a window before landing on some trash pile. A fitting "reward" for your average DomesticAbuser.
