* AmazingTechnicolorPopulation: His Quirk grants him neon blue glowing skin.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He kills Machia because, while his actions CERTAINLY helped their cause, he was far too brutal and made too much of a scene. Plus, Flect just wants Quirks gone, not to destabilize the world any more than destroying Quirks will.
* XanatosSpeedChess / ThanatosGambit: His main plans for his lieutenants. They speed up his plans so that Humarize can use the events they cause for proof of their beliefs; whether they succeed or not, his goals will come closer to fruition.

AdaptationalJerkass: While he was far too brutal an annoyance in canon, he was largely PlayedForLaughs before he got some HiddenDepths. Here, his negative traits are PlayedForDrama, and made too he's an asshole through and through.
* AintTooProudToBeg: As he's suffering his PowerIncontinence, he begs for Hana to save him as his body tears itself apart.
* BodyHorror: Trying to copy Hana's Quirk causes his body to become overwhelmed by the massive number of powers and begins to destroy itself. He loses both his arms and his left eye before Hana knocks him out. This is taken even further when Dr. Ujiko painfully converts him into Parasite.
* BullyingADragon: He has a real problem with this trope. Naturally, it bites him in the ass.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: One of his many, MANY flaws. Highlighted especially in his fight with Hana during the Sports Festival when he tries to copy her powers and ends up going into a SuperPowerMeltdown.
* FateWorseThanDeath:
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: While he speaks for the rest of his class that they deserve the spotlight just as
much as 1-A, none of his classmates respect him because of his InsaneTrollLogic beliefs.
* InsaneTrollLogic: He honestly believes that Class 1-A wanted to get attacked by villains in order to hog the spotlight. Naturally, this doesn't do him any favors with anybody.
* LackOfEmpathy: He mocks Izuku as
a scene. Plus, Flect just wants 'Villain' and a 'Murderer' and calls everyone in Class Sanctuary 'Special Ed'.
* ParentalIssues: Based on how he reacted to Hana's taunts toward him about his father, he probably does not have the best home life.
* PowerIncontinence: When he tries to steal Hana's Quirk, he expects it to be like an all-you-can-eat buffet in terms of options. In reality, hundreds of
Quirks gone, not suddenly race to destabilize him, overwhelming his body and nearly killing him in the world any more than destroying process.
* SuperpowerMeltdown: When he tries to use his Quirk to copy Hana's, the sheer number of
Quirks will.

----
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: What the League of Villains has done to her, taking her shattered mind and convincing her to hate her husband and want him dead.
* BrokenBird: As if she already wasn't one in canon, this story has her broken down even further by being subjected to Scarecrow's fear toxin.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Despite being BrainwashedAndCrazy, she still loves her children and silently pleads for their forgiveness.
* AnIcePerson: She is able to manipulate ice and snow. When she snapped due to Scarecrow's Fear Toxin, the blizzard she unleashes destroys the hospital she's staying at, leaving no survivors other than herself and Scarecrow.
* MindRape: Scarecrow subjects her to this with his Fear Toxin, driving her to insanity and making her easy pickings for All for One and the League of Villains to turn over to their side.

Tenko Shimura's father, who he killed in a fit of rage when he awakened his Quirk. All for One and Dr. Ujiko managed to resurrect him to become a specially modified super-soldier under their command.
----
* AbusiveParents: He harshly punished his children for wanting to be Heroes. This stems from his anger and heartbreak over his mother, Nana, giving him up for adoption to protect him from All for One.
* AdaptationalBadass: He was just an ordinary man whose son killed him with his newly manifested Quirk. Now, thanks to All for One, he's practically a monster who can manipulate the four fundamental forces.
* AllForNothing: Everything Nana sacrificed to make sure he was safe was squandered as he became a hateful, bitter person who took his pain out on his children. This led to his death and resurrection, where the same man his mother tried to protect him from now has him under his thumb.
* AndIMustScream: He's a prisoner in his own body, forced to see the man who killed his mother reveal the truth of why she gave him up for adoption and realize that his abuse towards his children was completely unjustified.
* ComboPlatterPowers: He was infused with four Quirks that represented the Four Fundamental Forces in order to make him a powerful asset to the League of Villains.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: He realizes how much of a shit parent he was upon his resurrection but it is too late for him to take anything back.
* ShoutOut: His newfound appearance as Omega and his powers are based on Sigma, his armor being the concept art for Sigma's Talon skin. His breakdown as he is being converted is disturbingly similar to Sigma's Origin Trailer, complete with his mind fracturing and the events of his transformation happening in real time.

The dreaded leader of Humarize.
----
* AdaptationalVillainy: While he was already an evil monster in canon, here he is much more ruthless and less hiding behind the guise of a WellIntentionedExtremist.
* HairTriggerTemper: While still mostly calm and collected, certain things can set him off. He kills a powerful subordinate to show another how he barely tolerated them.
* XanatosSpeedChess / ThanatosGambit: His main plans for his lieutenants. They speed up his plans so that Humarize can use the events they cause for proof of their beliefs; whether they succeed or not, his goals will come closer to fruition.

The disgraced CEO of REVOCS, a Hero Costume designer company, Ragyo joins Humarize in order to regain her lost glory.
----
* AbusiveParents: She was just as horrible to her children as she was in her home series.
* AdaptationalWimp: Ends up being cowed by Flect Turn when he beats Machia to death to both voice his displeasure about him and to make an example of him to her.
* ArcVillain: Of the Post Sports Festival Arc.
* ArchEnemy: To her daughters, ex-husband, and Best Jeanist.
* AuthorityEqualsAsskicking: She has yet to be seen actually struggling in battle, and gave Izuku and Nui a very tough battle.
* DepravedBisexual: The worst example of this trope; she was married to a man, but also considers her daughters attractive.
* DirtyOldWoman: Flirts with Takeshi, only to receive a middle finger from him in response.
* EmpoweredBadassNormal: As it turns out, she has no Quirk herself; she was infused with Life Fibers early in life, explaining how she became so powerful.
* Fiction500: Even after losing her company (which is admittedly now under her right-hand woman's control) Ragyo still lives in the lap of luxury, with Ochako mentally noticing her shoes alone scream 'worth more than you'll ever make.'
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: She is LOATHED amongst the rest of Humarize for her arrogance, flaunting, and how she treated her children.
* HasAType: Sharp features and angular faces.
* ItsAllAboutMe: She believes she is the one destined to save the world and prevent Quirk Singularity from happening and that she is the chosen avatar of the Life Fibers.
* PeoplePuppets: She seems to be able to control Nui like this at least, and may have done the same with her other daughters.
* PragmaticVillainy: She doesn't 'discipline' Ochako because she needs her for her plans.
* SmallNameBigEgo: Acts like the greatest villainess alive, but as her animal shows, while her wealth has been an appetizer, she is nowhere near as important as she thinks.

----
* AbortedArc: Riddler stops whatever plans he had before he even starts.
* AdaptationalVillainy: While he was corrupt in canon, it could be argued he was still a WellIntentionedExtremist until his final moments. Here. He's fully on board with ruining millions of lives.
* DiesDifferentlyInAdaptation: Instead of being killed by Lady Nagant, it's The Riddler who does him in.
* NamedByTheAdaptation: He was unnamed in canon. Here, his name is Jinko Wangei.
* TeamNormal: He's the only leading member of Humarize with no combat skills or dangerous Quirk.
* UndyingLoyalty: He refuses to sell out Humarize when Riddler's final riddle for him requires him to expose the organization for his survival, preferring to die than betray his comrades.

----
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: A ruthless nihilist in his home series proper, here Takeshi has a better relationship with his family, in particular his sister and son, whom he barely interacted with in canon.
* TheAce: Strong enough to rival All Might and smart enough to run mental laps around other members of Humarize.
* AloofBigBrother: To Akira.
* AlwaysSomeoneBetter: To his younger brother, Akira; whatever he can do, Takeshi can do it too and even better.
* BigBrotherInstinct: He immediately becomes protective of Eri and the other children when he easily deduces that Overhaul is abusing them. He then proceeds to give the scumbag a truly agonizing KarmicDeath.
* DotingParent: He is much more involved in his son's life and is very caring towards him as a result.
* DoubleAgent: Is actually not as loyal to Humarize as Flect Turn thinks, and is actually working with his father for unknown goals.
* TheDragon: Not only is it his ring animal, but Takeshi seems to be the most dependable member of Humarize.
** DragonWithAnAgenda: He's actually planning against Humarize alongside his father for their own goals and is willing to indirectly help Sanctuary to do so.
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: Takeshi loves his late mother, to the point he refuses to fight Akira when they meet up at her grave.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: He gives a truly acute one to Overhaul just before ripping his arms off.
--> Takeshi: A real man doesn't use and abuse children for his own gain...a real man gets by on his own merits...and you ARE NOT A REAL MAN!
* ShoutOut: The way he kills Overhaul is similar to how Omni-Man kills Homelander.
* SingleTargetSexuality: His late lover was the only woman he ever loved. As such, he refuses Ragyo's advances toward him by FlippingTheBird.
* VillainKiller: He murders Overhaul to stop him from getting to Eri and the other children.

The Leader of the MLA and the son of the original Destro.
----
* AffablyEvil: He's the leader of an anarchistic organization designed to upend the government and allow Quirks to be a basic human right unrestricted by rules and regulations... but he is also polite, friendly, treats his workers with respect, and sympathizes with Izuku and the rest of Sanctuary and wishes to aid them, in his own way, of course.
* BerserkButton: Belittling those related to villains just on their blood alone. Understandable, considering he's the son of a man seen by many as a 'Villain' himself.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Despite the goals of the MLA, Re-Destro is aware of how dangerous untrained and uncontrolled Quirks can be, which is one of the reasons why he founded his company, Detnerat. These concerns are proven with the Firestarter Incident, which he points out to the rest of his allies.
* FriendlyEnemy: He and Nedzu have a history together, enough to the point he's confident the principal of UA will enable him to help the Sanctuary kids.
* ItIsDehumanizing: He demands that Trumpet call Izuku by his real name and not 'The Firestarter'.
* MyGreatestSecondChance: Sees the opportunity to aid Class Sanctuary as a way to make up for past failures.

* ItAmusedMe: Nedzu points out that his involvement with Class Sanctuary doesn't seem to be part of his grand scheme; something he added at the last minute, but still is connected to his main goal.
* OneManArmy: Riddler is doing everything he does with NONE of the wealth or resources of the League of Villains and Humarize, but he seems to be doing much better.
* RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil: His murder of Uwabami involves him stabbing her in the vagina with a bladed strap-on á la John Doe. Needless to say, everyone is disgusted by this horrific act.
* ShoutOut: This version of the Riddler, minor changes aside, is heavily based on his rendition from Film/TheBatman2022.

* AdaptationalVillainy: A heroic member of Class 1-B in canon, now one of Ragyo's flunkies here.
* AllOfTheOtherReindeer: He was ostracized by others due to his shadowy skin and creepy appearance. Kinoko Komori was his OnlyFriend
* BerserkButton: Seeing Inasa and Shoto argue during a crisis causes him to forgo an escape and attack them.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: 'Evil' may be stretching it in his case, but he does still care for his childhood friend, Kinoko. He even silently begs for her forgiveness.

* BreakThemByTalking: The Sanctuary kids and Koichi take apart his ideology and motivations in under two minutes. Naturally, this sends him flying into a violent rage.
* BrokenPedestal: He respected Koichi back in the vigilante days, considering him a true hero until he went to the states.
* DemotedToExtra: He was a HUGE character in canon, inspiring most of the League of Villains and unintentionally reigniting villainy in society. It doesn't seem like this'll be the case here.
