* HesBack: Graham was a pretty versatile pilot with his Flag in Season 1 with a challenge-seeking, zealous streak. In Season 2, he limits himself only to high-speed, sword-based combat and while still occassionally delving back into his hammy self, he is much more jaded. Graham returns to his old mannerisms in ''A Wakening Of The Trailblazer'' and opens himself back to a wider range of combat, perhaps best emanated when he performs his signature hi-speed, hi-G transformation to destroy an entire volley of ElSes; a move he hadn't done since Season 1.

* AscendedFanboy: Of sorts; he fully embraces his Samurai tendencies in Season 2. And his affection towards fighting Gundams.

The Flag he pilots, while a custom, is a mook suit and only slightly better than average, the GN-Flag (being the most extreme) an almost ludicrously underarmoured mecha whose only advantage is it's speed and a weapon (a beam saber from one of the thrones) that can actually damage the Exia; The Ahead Sakigake may be his most well balanced suit (It's his only suit that can survive being shot, and boast considerable close combat ability), but he trades it in once he realizes it's not enough. Hell, the Masurao/Susanowo he trades it in for are MS that, while incredible in performance, were built for nothing else than sheer power and speed, and while they have built in defenses, Graham never uses them, and it gets taken out by little more than beam sabers thru the shoulders. Despite this, thanks to his sheer ability and the know-how to use his suit's strenghts to the fullest, Graham manages to give Setsuna a hell of a fight in every single skirmish they have with every single one of these suits, and comes closer to killing him than anybody not named Ribbons Almark.
