** The other Mighty Numbers in Ray's DLC trailer [[spoiler: have holes on them like they have been partially absorbed already. No. 8 has a chunk missing on his hat (which is his head), No. 2 is missing part of her face, and No. 3 has chunks of torso gone, to name a few.]] And take a close look when the [[InterfaceScrew 0s]] comes up. [[spoiler:Look at the bottom row.]] This might be hinting that there's more to Ray... Her main theme is named [[spoiler: "''Love Hidden Under The Mask''"]]. Judging from that title alone...

* LadyLooksLikeADude: No one blames you for thinking she was male at first. Even the official {{Twitter}} points this out, proving her gender by using female pronouns when talking about her. Her breasts are more obvious in some of the concept art.

* BigBad: ''Possibly''. He's tried something like the current plot before, though it was taking control of all robots in the US, not sending them on a rampage. Graham seems thoroughly convinced, but Sanda is convinced that it is because Blackwell tried this before that he can't be responsible -- he's currently locked inside a maximum-security prison for that very crime. [[spoiler:It turns out that he's not, nor was he ever, the villan. His so-called "plot" was actually him ''stopping'' Trinity back when Graham first tried to reactivate her. This time, however, Blackwell's not available to fix things.]]

* NeverMyFault: UpToEleven. In his first appearance, he blames Dr. Blackwell for the robot rampage even though Dr. Blackwell is in jail on national television. As the story progresses, when Dr.White reveals that [[spoiler:he's the one who causes the robot rampage by re-activating Trinity in the first place]], he still never stops blaming others. From blaming the creators for not placing the warning label to [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking blaming his own parents]]. He's the reason why Dr.Blackwell was imprisoned for life. See the CorruptCorporateExecutive point for more details.

* HeadSwap: If you examine his character design closely, you'll see that he has the same body as Beck but with a red paint job, subtle changes here and there and additional accessories.

* BadPowersGoodPeople: [[spoiler: As his two elder sisters/prototypes show, the power to absorb and manipulate other robots, when you get right down to brass tacks, is just plain dangerous as a standard.]] That said, Beck is just a good person in general who cares about others, so he finds positive uses for his abilities.

** In his ordinary skillset, Beck can chain together dashes limitlessly through the air, but unless there's an updraft, he'll keep losing altitude.

* FauxAffablyEvil: Well-read, well-spoken, and her hammy near-Shakespearean way of speaking is fairly charming in its own right. However, she is entirely pragmatic and will hesitate for no one's account, even beating down and feeding on her own ''family.''
* FemmeFatale: Ahahaha, ''no.'' You would expect this ''ordinarily'' from a female antagonist who's affluent and excellent in spy capability, but Ray averts this on every level. At her core, one can she has a womanly figure -- but one riddled with monstrous mechanical BodyHorror. Not only that, when she goes on the attack, she drops her intellectual front to become a feral, voracious monster.

* TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou: If enough damage is done to her, she will yelp before exploding, which is actually her teleportation to the front of the screen, giving the player a [[DeathGlare glare of raw hatred]] before ''roaring'' at them and teleporting back on stage with ''absolutely everything'' she got.

Added DiffLines:

* PsychoPrototype: Not fundamentally, [[spoiler: Trinity's the owner of the trope in that regard,]] but her flawed design led to her ''becoming'' this.

Added DiffLines:

* SuperPrototype: Physically speaking, she's Beck with all the power right out the gate, intellectual and clever with a finer means of acquiring information. If she hadn't devolved into a cannibalistic monster, he [[spoiler: and Trinity]] may not've even been necessary.

Added DiffLines:

* UnstoppableRage: Ray is very much a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde dynamic within a single personality. Her base mannerisms are pseudo-poetic, one might even argue affable, but then she gets hungry. And when she gets hungry, she lives up to her PersonOfMassDestruction epithet.

* RefusalOfTheCall: Beck is not Rock. He has no directive programmed to drive him, just human emotion. And when White proposed Beck go to fight the hordes of murderous infected robots and his siblings the most powerful robots on Earth ''alone'', Beck decided he'd [[{{Understatement}} rather]] [[YouHaveGotToBeKiddingMe not]]. ''However'', [[GotVolunteered Professor White said "you're doing it"]], and that was the end of that.

* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: [[spoiler: He thought he could use Trinity to disrupt the robotics industry so that [=CherryDyn=] kept its firm lead over the competition. That, uh...that [[{{Understatement}} didn't quite]] [[RobotWar pan out]].]]
