* AdultFear: How did Cerberus get Jack as the primary test subject? It turns out that Jack's mother was approached by an agent posing as her doctor, informing her that Jack was dying of a dangerous illness and they needed to take her baby away for diagnostics. Her mother trusted the agent and handed over her child, never to see her again. With Jack's parents unaware of their child's current status, she was nonexistent to the entire world and Cerberus was free to subject her to inhuman tests.

* BareYourMidriff: Jack bears a lot more than that. In her default appearance, the only thing around Jack's torso is a belt wrapped around her chest. In 3, she dresses in a similar manner, but also wears a small leather jacket with it.

* DeathGlare: She's usually seen with an angry grimace when ready to kill.
* DeathSeeker: Heavily implied during conversations with her in 2. Jack admits that she has no plan for the future other than crime sprees. In her own words death to her is like an on/off switch. Of course, she snaps out of this if she lives to 3.
* DefrostingIceQueen: She has a very hardened exterior and prefers to be alone. However, Shepard can reach out to her, helping her slowly regain her faith in life. Much more so if romanced.

* EnemyMine: Puts her hatred towards Cerberus aside since they both have a common enemy.

* : Although not quite to the extent of Miranda, Jack is sporting more revealing clothing than she is. For starters, Jack doesn't wear a shirt in her default appearance, exposing most of her chest and upper body.
