* TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers: He's the only Dark Purveyor who doesn't embody some variation of rock.

** She doesn't quite qualify for TokenGoodTeammate, given that she's still trying to kill Juliet and spread the zombie plague for Swan. However, she keeps Rosalind out of the fight, and her intro card doesn't list ''any'' negative qualities beyond "bad fashion sense" (the others all have cringe-worthy themes such as necrophilia, torturing small animals, etc).

* HalfTheManHeUsedToBe: Juliet saws her in half twice. Then she does this to ''herself'', tearing herself apart with her own bare hands then rejuvenating the lost halves with magic. However, what finally ends her is a DiagonalCut and [[OffWithHisHead a quick decapacitation]].

* PsychedelicRock: This is her theme, and she's even called the Psychedelic Zombie in her intro card.

* WakeUpCallBoss: Unlike the other Purveyors, who slowly disintegrate as their fight goes on, Mariska gets more dangerous the further into the fight Juliet gets. Her first form is a joke, but by the second, things get chaotic, with Mariska clones coming after the player in combines and in the smashing cranes from earlier. In her third, all of her clones get health bars rather than being one-hit dummies, she starts generating giant hands to come after the player, and her clones start shooting out missiles by the dozen.

* DiscoDan: Introduces himself with a dance number in a bright disco room, and has a retro 90's feel due to his obsession with old video games.

* ImpossiblyTackyClothes: Well, just look at him. His outfit is a giant voodoo top hat, a bright pink fur coat, pink boots with heels and a ''diaper with a star on it''. Juliet calls him a pervert almost immediately upon meeting him.

* LightIsNotGood: His musical theme revolves around {{Funk}} music, his boss fight takes place in a bright-lit area, and a few of his attacks involve light and elements of {{Disco}}. He's also a Dark Purveyor working with Swan in unleashing a ZombieApocalypse.

* PinkIsErotic: Downplayed. Josey is a pleasure-seeker who makes sexual remarks towards Juliet (she even calls him a perv) and wears a bright pink fur coat with a pink star, a pink top hat, pink high-heeled sneakers, a diaper with a pink star on it, and wields a pink keytar with a microphone attached. His arena also has a pink and purple aesthetic with pink lighting, his keytar fires pink laser beams, and his mini UFO has pink neon lights.

* BookDumb: He's pretty sharp, all things considered, but his grades kind of suck. For the record, his GPA is a 2.7. Juliet has a ''3.4''. However, one throwaway line in stage 1 states that he is in Calculus, a notoriously hard math class, so zig-zagged.

* EvilSoundsDeep: He speaks with a [[GutturalGrowler growling]], raspy, menacing tone of voice that wouldn't be out of place in the HeavyMetal scene.

* GutturalGrowler: Courtesy of Rick Wasserman. It ironically makes him sound like a metal singer despite being a greaser whose musical theme is RockAndRoll.

The Zombie of Zombies, summoned by Swan after the five Dark Purveyors are sacrificed.

* AbhorrentAdmirer: He claims to love Juliet. She clearly doesn't reciprocate.
* AttackOfThe50FootWhatever: Easily the single biggest zombie seen in the whole game.
* AttackItsWeakPoint:
** In the initial battle, his eyes are the weak point.
** Later, to truly kill him, Juliet must destroy his heart.
* BigEater: If his massive gut doesn't tip you off, the fact that one of his quotes mentions loving cheeseburgers will. Then there's the whole "tries to pick up Juliet and pop her in his mouth like a mint" thing.
* CarFu: Throws cars at long range and spawns zombies driving cars up close.
* CoolShades: Has a nice pair of Elvis shades... which get trashed during the first phase of the fight (well, you ''are'' [[EyeScream blasting him in the eyes]]).
* DumbMuscle: He's not too smart; in fact, for Juliet, this is a classic example of having to outsmart a foe you can't outfight. It is kept vague as to whether or not Swan is in control of him (since his zombified corpse is its core) or if he's an AlmightyIdiot.
* EatenAlive: Failing a QTE during his fight leads to him eating Juliet.
* ElvisImpersonator: Well, if you're fighting musically-themed boss zombies, it's only fitting that they would end on a zombie based on the King of Rock n' Roll.
* EvilSoundsDeep: By virtue of being ''fucking huge.''
* EyeBeams: A giant zombie ElvisImpersonator is weird enough that it's not even surprising he's got these.
* EyeScream: You have to shoot him in the eyes during the first phase of the fight.
* FanDisservice: He's a morbidly obese zombie in a tight outfit that shows off his hairy chest and many fat rolls. As if that weren't enough, he's also got long dirty nails and an even longer tongue.
* FatBastard: His propensity for evil is directly proportionate to his hideously bulging gut.
* FinalBoss: Even though Swan is the BigBad, his plan leads up to Killabilly being the last fight of the game.
* {{Fingore}}: You can cut off his fingers, although he'll regrow them.
* NumberOfTheBeast: He's stated to be 666 years old.
* OverlyLongTongue: He occasionally uses it to attack and, yes, it's exactly as disgusting as you think.
* PermaStubble: His face is covered in a thorny, uneven mullet that crawls down his chin onto his hairy chest.
* PunnyName: His name is a dark play on "rockabilly."
** It might also be a reference to ''Film/KillBill''.
* PsychopathicManchild: He has a very childlike personality and wants Juliet dead.
* SealedEvilInACan: Initially sealed away, he can only return to the world of the living when the Dark Purveyors are sacrificed first.
* UndeadAbomination: Killabilly is a massive, god-like entity summoned from Rotten World from the corpses of all zombies slain by "the pawn" (Juliet) and the corpse of the summoner (Swan).
* WalkingSpoiler: He's not brought up prior to the sixth stage of the game, and mentioning anything about him spoils the fact that the Dark Purveyors are willingly dying in battle against Juliet in order to summon him.

* DisabledSnarker: He was reduced to a still-living head after Juliet beheaded him in a desperate attempt to save him from zombification. Quite a few of his quips are at his own expense.
