Lolip is a shy Jewelpet who only appears in the light novel. She is a light pink rabbit wearing a pink frilly cap and a lollipop-shaped jewel necklace. She arrived at Jewel Land and met Ruby and her friends as they were setting up the Jewel Festival, so she helps them. She cannot use any type of magic, so she doubts whether she is a Jewelpet or not. Shown to be klutzy and very prone to breaking stuff, she tries to correct her own mistakes and learn from them. Later on in the story, she started to develop a friendship with Ruby and her friends, and is revealed to have [[spoilers:eyes made out of strawberry candies, making her an unofficial Sweetspet.]] In the epilogue, she opens a candy shop named "Happy Drop".

[[folder:Sweetspets]]
The '''Sweetspets''' are magical pets named after sweets. They are usually present in Jewel Land during the holidays, performing their role to spread love and joy each Christmas. They live in a kingdom named Sweetsland, which is themed after sweets and desserts.

!!All Sweetspets have these tropes in common:
* AccessoryWearingCartoonAnimal: Like Jewelpets, they wear accessories.
* AmazingTechnicolorWildlife: Some of them come in impossible colors; Sakuran is a pink bear, for example.
* BanOnMagic: They refuse to use magic to make sweets in the movie.
* BodyHorror: Averted. No, it's not horrible that they rip off their limbs and feed them to someone.
* CuteWitch: Adorable, mostly female animals who can use magic for usually harmless purposes.
* EdibleThemeNaming / MeaningfulName: All Sweetspets are named after their food.
* FingerlessHands: Like the Jewelpets, they're assumed to have fingers which can't be seen from their designs.
* FunSize: They're the same size as the Jewelpets, which is tiny.
* HealingFactor: Their lost body parts regenerate after a short while.
* PowerTrio: Sakuran, Eclan and Macaronia form one in the movie.
* RidiculouslyCuteCritter: They're tiny and uniformly adorable animals.
* SupremeChef: The Sweetspets are awesome cooks, as seen with the feast in ''Sunshine'', the offerings they make to the heavens in ''Kira Deco'', and their huge cake for Princess Mana's birthday in the movie.
* TastesLikeFriendship: Their preferred way of making friends is sharing parts of themselves with others.

!!'''Sakuran'''
!!!Voiced by: Creator/RinaHidaka
The Sweetspet of sakuramochi. She's a pink brown bear with leaf decorations on her head and a body made of sakuramochi. In her debut in ''Sunshine'', she is substituting Santa Claus in delivering gifts to the denizens of Jewel Land. She's a bit of an airhead, not knowing how to do her job until Ruby and her friends help her.

In episode 18 of ''Kira Deco'', Sakuran is visiting Jewel Town when her body suddenly turns into hard candy, destroying the teeth of anyone who tries to eat her. Ruby and co. try to help her regain her fluffy texture.

She's a major character in ''Sweets Dance Princess'' and has an appearance in ''Happiness''.

* BearyFriendly
