* NeverMyFault: In the sequel, she refuses to acknowledge that her newfound toxic behavior is gradually killing her friendships and relationships.

* CannotSpitItOut: He never directly admitted his feelings for Evelyn. [[SingleTargetSexuality Not that he really had a chance with her]]. He also had this with Rose.

* DeadpanSnarker: Occasionally. His first interaction with Jordi is essentially SnarkToSnarkCombat. His snarky side tends to come to the surface when [[VitriolicBestBuds Matt]] is involved.

* DiggingYourselfDeeper: When he called Matt a nerd in the sequel and Eliza told him not to because it's not nice.

* DeadpanSnarker: She was originally the only one out of the six who never exhibited snarkiness. By the time she TookALevelInJerkass in the sequel, it became apparently that mean-spirited comments are one of her specialties now.

* HypocriteHasAPoint: She does this by combining her JerkassHasAPoint when [[spoiler: calling Jordan out for her actions, yet she was the first one who assured her that they forgave her]].
** It's also quite rich of her [[spoiler: to get [[GreenEyedMonster jealous]] of Eliza when she senses Matt's starting to like her and [[ShipperWithAnAgenda even indirectly tell the latter to consider getting closer to Asher]] after she professed how crucial it is to be able to [[IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy let go of someone who doesn't like you back]] in the first book to BOTH Asher and Jordan. Though in all fairness to her, she and Matt are an OfficialCouple now so she does have a point]].

* {{Foil}}: To Asher. While [[MirrorCharacter they do share a few things in common]], there's also some differences:
** While they both resent Matthew for being Evelyn's LoveInterest because they both have a crush on her, Asher lacks one additional thing: [[spoiler: Jordan's FreudianExcuse which is having had bad relationships with boys before]].
** While they're both a JerkWithAHeartOfGold, Asher is arguably friendlier since he started warming up to Matt sooner in a NotBad way. [[spoiler: It took Jordan being DrivenToSuicide, BarredFromTheAfterlife, having a FaceHeelReturn in the sequel before she TookALevelInKindness]].
** As mentioned in ShadowArchetype in Jordan's folder, the one thing Asher hadn't thought to do that Jordan did: [[spoiler: [[MurderTheHypotenuse kill Matthew]]]].

* HypocriteHasAPoint: While she's not entirely wrong that [[spoiler: Matt could've handled the situation with Evelyn better, it's rather ironic, because the tragic end to the story could've also been avoided if Jordan herself could've handled the situation better]].

* MirrorCharacter: She actually shares quite a few things with Asher: Both are the powerhouse of the team, both are Evelyn's best friends, both despised Matt at the beginning due to Evelyn's crush on him and both have a crush on Evelyn. Only difference is that Jordan actually [[spoiler: tried to MurderTheHypotenuse]] while Asher moved on and started crushing on Rose.

* SympatheticMurderer: [[spoiler:Yes, Jordan killed three bullies who can be seen as {{Asshole Victim}}s]]. However, she was also ready to kill Matt, who has done nothing wrong to provoke her wrath other than inadvertently draw the romantic attention of Evelyn, Jordan's best friend whom she crushed on. Not to mention that one of the bullies went through CharacterDevelopment and became a better person. Jordan could still get sympathy from her DrivenToSuicide death scene, her regret and EvenEvilHasLovedOnes regarding Evelyn]].

* NotSoAboveItAll: Serious and levelheaded as he is, he eventually mellows out as time goes on.
