One trope per example.

* FanGirl / OtakuSurrogate: Obsessed with robots, dance music (especially Orbital and The Prodigy), video games, comic books, and ''Series/TheXFiles''... it's nearly impossible to predict who or what may elicit the next "{{Squee}}!". The last time, it was a clawed robot praying mantis' turn to be [[http://www.gunnerkrigg.com/?p=636 cuddled on sight]].

Does Not Like Shoes has been renamed and redefined to focus on characters that explicitly or implicitly state a preference for going barefoot. Removing misuse

* DoesNotLikeShoes: She provides the page image. Annie's always shown a fondness for going barefoot. She just prefers to get her feet dirty from time to time. Although Annie will use shoes and socks when expected to, but if given unrestricted freedom, she does away with them on the spot and will walk practically everywhere barefooted nonstop, even public places. She doesn't waste any opportunity to be barefoot, and it's implied that during the summer, Annie pretty much defaults to bare feet and stays that way until school starts up again in the fall.

Paz decided to dump her over it, due to predicting that Kat is eventually going to turn herself into a TranshumanAbomination without regard for Paz's opinion on the subject.

* NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished: No matter how good her intentions or how positive the outcome, the people around Annie tend to accuse her of manipulative or sinister motives and either berate her or cut her off. The most glaring example of this is when she asks Jenny and Jack to help her find Zimmy, [[spoiler:because Annie wants to warn her of the Court's twisted plans for her]]. When Zimmy loses it [[spoiler:at the mention of the Omega Device]] and claims she is colluding with the Court, Jenny and Jack turn on Annie, accusing her of tricking them into trapping Zimmy for the Court. Particularly galling is Jenny scolding Annie for having Jenny summon Zimmy in a particular location ([[spoiler:the Star Ocean]]), where Zimmy is especially vulnerable...but Annie didn't choose the location -- Jenny did.

* FriendVersusLover: One she is actually mostly unaware of as Paz and Annie usually keep their animosity in check when around Kat. But its been shown here and there that the two don't really like each other. Paz doesn't like how much Annie occupies Kat's thoughts, not just due to jealousy, but also because of how stressed and overworked Kat can become when trying to help Annie. Annie for her part finds Paz's criticism of her relationship with Kat annoying and does not apricate the veiled insinuations that she is "using" Kat.
