Added DiffLines:

*EvilCannotComprehendGood: Ranma became incredibly jealous and resentful when Yuga gained a powerful new buddy, made new friends as a result, and started outpacing Ranma at Buddyfight. So he assumed that Yuga would react the same way when the same thing happened to Ranma. Learning that Yuga still considers them friends triggers a [[VillainousBreakdown villainous breakdown]] large enough to [[spoiler: trigger Destroyer's evolution.]]

*CatapultNightmare: Wakes of from one of these [[spoiler: about a zombified Da Dan coming back for revenge for Seiji getting him devoured by Destroyer.]]

Added DiffLines:

*LonelyAtTheTop: It's implied that his [[MightMakesRight "strength is everything" mindset]] stems from an expectation that others only value him for what his wealth can provide them, and that part of the reason he is so fixated on Masato is that the latter was the only person who genuinely cared about him as a friend.

Added DiffLines:

* KryptoniteFactor: In a sense he's an aggressive chess player, but the one problem about aggressive play in chess is that you leave yourself open if you're not paying attetion. Translated into Buddyfight, Oppress tries to reduce your opponent's field space by occupying your own uits against them. But that means he uses resources that could, in the long run, proove ineffective due to destruction effects, or worse they don't even need the remaining spots, Opress cannot occupy the Center position after all. This always leaves enough room for an opponent to counter-attack.

Added DiffLines:

* KryptoniteFactor: Both in his mindset and in gameplay, he only believes that the strongests will win. In his deck, he only relies on one monster Zerberos, and his evolutions to overwhelm his opponents. But just like in sports, there is no I in team, thus if something happens to Zerberos, he is left wide open and has to scramble to start the evolution chain over, but by then, his opponent's in such an advantageous state, it's impossible to make a comeback.

dewicking Badass Baritone

* BadassBaritone: Which he retains in his [[SleepModeSize SD form]].

an axe to grind was disambiguated. This example isn't actually a trope.

* AnAxeToGrind: To match his buddy's name, Masato's item card is a short axe on a chain. He also uses wooden axes during a training session with Mamoru.

* AnAxeToGrind: the end of his tail is shaped like an axe, which he uses when attacking. In his King Agito form, he also has two additional arms ending in axe-like protusions.

Up To Eleven is being dewicked.

* ImplacableMan: [[spoiler: Vanity End Destroyer takes it UpToEleven. It puts the fighter's ''entire hand and deck into it's soul'', makes the fighter unable to lose as long as it's on the field which can't be nullifed nor can the soul cards be discarded by effects, and allows the fighter to ''pick any card from it's soul to put into their hand''. The only other BigBad to match this was Evil Deity of Cataclysm, Hyakugan Yamigedo, who required two halves to summon and a 100 card deck to effectively use it's own special soulguard.]]

* {{Chuunibyou}}: Has aspects of this but considering that the world he lives in has actual magic (in the form of cards but still magic), he comes off incredibly annoying.

* LogicalWeakness: Da Dan plays fairly defensively forcing his opponent to attack Bloody Eyes in order to trigger Counterattack to take advantage of the open field. However Da Dan fails to protect Bloody Eyes from everything else and because Bloody Eyes is the core of his defense, expect Da Dan to simply lose the turn Bloody Eyes leaves the field.

* EvilCounterpart: In gameplay, Yuga uses different worlds to try out Garga's differnt forms, Ranma tosses aside his inital world to get out Vanity Husk Destroyer as soon as possible.
