She spends the rest of her on-screen appearances going AttackAttackAttack on said remnants, painfully shattering her limbs in the process, only to have said limbs grow back and doing it again.

She didn't realize how crippled he is, and how abhorrent he saw her. It's only after she's endured a painful BalefulPolymorph and a FateWorseThanDeath that she realized him killing her would have been a mercy!

* BigDamnVillains: She shows up and uses a powerful charm on Harold's party to stop them from attacking Chrome. That particular hero and his party were simply misguided, confusing Chrome for a demon-monster and whom Chrome had no grudge against.

* YouGottaHaveBlueHair: She is described as having shoulder-length and curly blue hair.

* NothingPersonal: She tries to defend herself from Chrome's rage by saying cheating on him with Yuno, where he could hear and see it, was only a NecessaryEvil to slay the Devil King and that she actually did love him. This moves Chrome from wanting to kill her to putting her through an even worse fate.

* {{Cuckold}}: He knew Irina was Chrome's fiancé, yet left the bedroom door open while he and Irina groped, kissed, openly flirted, and even had full-blown sexual intercourse, so Chrome would hear it, and then acts like he did nothing wrong when a clearly distressed Chrome is with the party the next day, purely to drive Chrome to despair, hate, and rage.

Unfortunately for Valerie, the one who cast the curse, this curse gave him an InstantDeathRadius which caused the monsters attacking him to die slowly and painfully, the ones in back waiting their turn noticed and fled.
