Because in reality, Talulah is the one calling the shots and ''not Reni'', 'Reni' ''should'' be addressed be she/her...in short, the author has given up and uses they/them when referring to them both and will use their own respective pronounce when referring to them induvidually]].

* TheStoic: Both his main trait and his FatalFlaw. He has locked away his more emotional, instinctive side to the point that he isn't even aware of it, which is what the SlaveCollar represents. [[spoiler: His side-story reveals that he is not hiding it as much as he wished to erase it]].

* BuffySpeak: When met in the third story, he avoids more abstract words in favor of using their definition. [[spoiler: He doesn't do this because he ''wants'' to, but because he is ''forced'' to via a trauma caused by the seeing of Banri's dead body. His personal magic subconsciously rewound his speaking proficiency to that of a grade schooler at best, but his comprehension remains untouched, as he knows and understands those words just fine. He finds this gap to be very frustrating as he is relegated to essentially a preschooler vocabulary ehen it comes to talking]].

* BuffySpeak: When met in the third story, he avoids more abstract words in favor of using their definition. * DarkAndTroubledPast: His side-story shows that he was already fairly stoic and collected, but [[spoiler: a witch controlled him and heavily stimulated his primal nature and instinct, to the point where he lost control. This led to him killing every member of a gang that had gathered for ''peace negotiations''. To snap him out of it, he was sedated and removed from the scene, and [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone he realized what he did]] not long after. He decided that he couldn't go on with these primal, unpolished instincts and emotions and wished to erase them]].
