Although no one seems to actually ''hate'' her; they just accept her role as a villainess as her lot in life.

* DrunkOnTheDarkSide: While preparing for Legacy Day in the book series, she briefly understands why her mom said EvilFeelsGood and ''almost'' accepts her destiny. It's only talking to [[MoralityChain Dexter]] that snaps her out of it.

* LickedByTheDog: In spite of everyone treating her as if she were a nefarious Evil Sorceress, non-sapient woodland critters are sometimes shown going up to her as if she were a PrincessClassic.
