Also called "Frankie", she's a Frankenstein-ian creature created by Doctor Bald using the collected parts of "sexy corpses" from the Ft. Vilese morgue. She was created specifically to fund the doctor's experiments through, well, being a hooker, but she didn't want to. Currently dating Ghost Boy. She was also Max's history teacher at his old school.

* CuteMonsterGirl: Despite being stitched together from multiple body parts and having green-colored skin, she is quite the looker.
* DeadpanSnarker: She seems to have a natural sarcastic wit about her for someone barely a year or more old.
* FrankensteinsMonster: Kind of obvious based on appearances and her creation, but unlike her inspiration, she is quite intelligent, able to speak full sentences and is a NonMaliciousMonster.
* MayDecemberRomance: [[ReallyWasBornYesterday Her]] and [[OlderThanTheyLook Ghost Boy]], which gets them some flak from a particularly vocal and [[MistakenAge misguided]] MoralGuardian.
* MeaningfulRename: She really didn't like the name "Frankenhooker", so when Izzy decides to name her "Frankie" for short, she decides to keep it.
* OnlySaneMan: Oddly enough, despite being a FrankensteinsMonster, Frankie's one of the most level-headed characters in the whole comic.
* ReallyWasBornYesterday: She physically resembles an adult and has the intelligence and mental capacity of one, but she's only about a couple years old since being created in Vol. 2.
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: When Frankenhooker meets Ghost Boy, she is instantly charmed by how shy and sweet he is. As a result, they begin a relationship.
* TinyGuyHugeGirl: Frankie clearly towers over her boyfriend, despite him being a ghost and able to float.
