One of seven Psychopaths representing the SevenDeadlySins, embodying the sin of [[LazyBum Sloth]]. He's a lazy manchild who is so addicted to playing video games and having everything done for him that he never knew about the zombie outbreak going on outside (and even ''inside'') his estate. When Nick enters the estate and asks Teddy to give him the key to an armory that could be useful for the survivors, Teddy dispatches his home's surplus of attack drones to kill him.

* CorruptedCharacterCopy: She's heavily based on [[Film/IlsaSheWolfOfTheSS Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS]] as shown by her skimpy outfit, perverted personality, and German origins (Ilsa is Kommandant of a Nazi prison camp and Hilde is given Nazi connotations as part of the story). In She Wolf of the SS, Ilsa's crimes were undermined with sex scenes and sex appeal from Ilsa's character. Hilde, on the other hand, shows how horrifying it would really be to be a victim of a hypersexual sociopath who kills people for nothing more than sexual pleasure. While Ilsa was hailed as a feminist icon for being "a strong, active and aggressive protagonist", Hilde vilifies this by emphasising the character's sexual sadism and depravity. Unlike the men in She Wolf of the SS, Nick is actually extremely uncomfortable with Hilde's advances.

* ANaziByAnyOtherName: She wears black and grey, wears a Totenkopf on her hat, and is based on Ilsa Koch.

A girl who currently lives in Los Perdidos, who Nick harbors a small crush on. She's part of the group known as the "Illegals", people who are infected but who haven't been implanted with a microchip to be located and given Zombrex to prevent turning. She's actually Chuck Greene's daughter Katey, who abandoned him after he turned to a life of crime.

* TheReveal: She is Katey Ann Greene, aka Chuck's daughter. She abandoned her father after he became a crime lord.

* ShesAllGrownUp: Once it becomes clear that she's Katey Greene.

* TookALevelInBadass: She went from Chuck's helpless little girl to an ActionGirl. Taken to another level in Super Ultra Dead Rising 3' Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX + α, wherein she's playable.

A hero of the Fortune City outbreak, Chuck is Gary's boss and a local crime lord that operates from the Diamond Panty strip club.

* MacGyvering: Arguably even better at this then Chuck ever was, as he doesn't need a workbench to make his combo weapons.
