** Part of the reason why Kwan refuses to willingly help Colette with her plan in "Blackmailed" is because he's glad Star's happy with Danny and he doesn't bare any ill-will towards Team Phantom.

** At one point, he broke up with Star just to date Colette for a week because he was easily he was seduced by her "cutesy French accent and 'I'm a pretty, delicate French girl' act". In "Blackmailed", Colette reminds Kwan that all it took was giving him "a few moments of [her] valuable time" to convince him to date her instead of Star because she was and still is "a total hottie".

** Extremely downplayed regarding Star. While she doesn't hate him and he still loves Star, she refuses to even associate with him out of disgust for his subservience to the A-Listers and being a lousy boyfriend to her.
** Completely subverted with Colette. While he dumped Star in the past to date her for a week because he fell for her beauty and innocent French girl act but by the present he grows to dislike her more and more over time for her increasingly mean-spirited and controlling attitude, as well as becoming totally creeped out by her unhealthy obsession with Danny, to the point he begs Star to come back just so he doesn't feel alone anymore and he comes to completely despise her by "Blackmailed" when she proves to be a complete psychopath by blackmailing him with an embarrassing secret into helping her ruin Team Phantom's lives by framing them so they'll get out of Danny's life and forcing Danny into dating her.

* BoisterousWeakling: Star and Colette have called him out on not being as tough as he pretends to be since he's an Extreme Doormat that's easily pushed around by the other A-Listers.

* DumbMuscle: Colette regards him as this and uses him as an willing lackey in "Blackmailed".
* EveryoneHasStandards: By "Blackmailed", he refuses to help Colette in her latest scheme to mess with Team Phantom because while he's still jealous of Danny's relationship with Star, he's learned to accept it since she's happy with Danny and isn't interested in him anymore, plus he doesn't bare any real malice towards Team Phantom and is completely creeped out by Colette's unhealthy obsession with Danny to the point he bluntly tells her she should accept the fact she has no chance with him given his obvious disinterest in her and she needs professional help. He only helps her after she blackmails him with an embarrassing secret.

* PaperTiger: Star and Colette call him out on acting like a tough bully when in reality he's just a coward who's too scared to stand up for himself to the A-Listers because he's afraid of getting kicked out.

* WeakWilled: He's easily cowed by the other A-Listers into going along with their bullying. Deconstructed as Colette uses this against him to keep him as her minion in "Blackmailed" by pointing out nobody will believe he was forced into helping her ruin Team Phantom's lives given his history of always joining the A-Listers in their bullying so he'll go down with her if she exposes her crimes.

* {{Fangirl}}: Possibly Danny Phantom's biggest one, bordering on LoonyFan. Paulina keeps a StalkerShrine of him in her locker, collects every piece of his merchandise she can get her hands on, and is even willing to [[DeliberatelyDistressedDamsel put herself in danger]] in hopes of attracting the ghost boy's attention. Her fixation with Danny creeps him out and irritates everyone who has to put up with her endless fawning over the ghost boy.

* LoonyFan: Everyone finds her pathetic for her one-sided fixation with Danny Phantom, which is borderline obsessive. Even her fellow A-Listers grow bored listening to all her stories about the ghost boy and can't stand her whining about him dating Starlight Spirit.

* TheBore: Nobody ever wants to hear her talk about herself or her obsession with Danny Phantom, not even Stella or the A-Listers, since that's all she ever wants to talk about.

* WithFriendsLikeThese: As Danny pointed out in "Trapped", the A-Listers don't care about Star, telling her what she can and can't do. Paulina did not even care that Star was trapped in the school, only focusing on Star missing a party and making ''her'' look bad.

* TheGadfly: He takes great pleasure in bullying unpopular kids like Danny and his friends.

* WeUsedToBeFriends: The end of ''Trapped'' has Star end their friendship when it was clear Paulina didn't care for her well-being. Afterwards, Paulina even refers to her as a "traitor".[[/folder]]
* WithUsorAgainstUs: As far as she and the A-Lister's are concerned, you're only a "friend" if you're in the A-List and they regard Star as a traitor for leaving them to be part of Team Phantom.

* LovingAShadow: Deconstructed as it became clear to Danny that she only cares about his superhero side so he lost interest in her for being too shallow to like him for anything but his ghost powers and her crush on his ghost self has long since stopped being endearing as he only finds it creepy and annoying because of how obsessed she is.

** It may have been stupid of him to be so blunt when Paulina was already emotionally unstable in "Empowered", but Dash is correct that she doesn't have a shot with Danny Phantom, who's already going out with Starlight Spirit.

** Even Dash and the A-Listers are annoyed by Paulina's constant whining about Starlight Spirit's return to Amity Park in "Empowered".

* CantTakeCriticism: She throws a huge tantrum when Lancer refuses to give her the lead role of Hermia (well, any role) in the school play because of her horrible audition.
