** Had a bit of a confusing relationship with a few characters in which he often seemed to be ''trying'' to be supportive, even if the attempts were usually awkward and more than a little bizarre.
* ShipTease: For several weeks, with Lysandre. They actually slept together during Week Six. [[spoiler:...immediately after committing arguably the most gruesome murder in the game, turning the entire thing into NoYay. Several characters during the trial comment on how messed up that is.]]
* SmugSnake: Wasn't a very likable villain in this round, either in or out of character, aside from his small fondness for Aradia.
* TheSociopath: Came off as such in this round, anyway. Even when he did show emotional attachment, it wasn't for long, and he viewed the murder game as just something to get through or win.
* TheUnfettered: His morality is centred on "What can I do to get the best result?" The possibility of failure is acknowledged, but as long as ''he'' wins... [[spoiler:Which is why he came up with a plan to have a two-culprit murder: either he and Lysandre live or no one else dies at all. Either way, he's screwed the system and he's out of there.]]
* VillainousBreakdown: [[spoiler:After Lysandre turns on him during the fifth trial and begins trying to drag him under the bus with him.]]

* BlackAndGreyMorality: Everyone, to her, is just a killer in waiting, so why should she be surprised?
* BrokenBird: She went through a lot in canon just because she happened to be there. Madison may be angry, but she has the backstory for it.
* DeadpanSnarker: When everyone else is freaking out, she'll usually just make a snide comment.
