Intress is Maxxor's most trusted adviser, his second-in-command.

Tangath Toborn is both a cunning Strategist and a mighty Warrior from a place called the Spiritlands who joined the Overworlders.

* AmbiguousSituation: It's never revealed if he was as willing a victim of the Marillian's brainwashing as everyone in the Underworld assumed.

* KarmaHoudini: Despite having made multiple attempts on Chaor's life, and trying to take over the Underworld, Van Bloot never really suffers any punishment for repeated treason. This is justified, in that if Chaor killed or banished him, it could plunge the Underworld into civil war. Chaor's patience finally runs out after the Marillian invasion, and he is forced to live with the M'arrilians and reduced to a salve for them before making a deal with the new Dannian queen.
* KnightOfCerebus: While Van Bloot himself alternates between LaughablyEvil and NotSoHarmlessVillain, any episode where he appears in Perim is much more darker before the second season introduced the Marillians. Case in point, his use of the Decomposition Mugic on Maxxor was one of the darkest story arcs of the first season, as the stakes were clearly far higher, in that Maxxor could wind up dead, or Chaor or Van Bloot could seize his powers and make the Underworld the dominant power in Perim, which was much more darker than several prior episodes of the series.

* OmnidisciplinaryScientist: His main scientific fields are engineering and robotics, as evidenced by his creation of the [[ChickenWalker Viledriver]] and [[HumongousMecha Gigantroper]], but his use of beakers and test tubes implies some dabbling in chemistry.

Mainly a Mipedian Player,- he's a charismatic and eccentric Chaotic player. His unorthodox style of battle and the way he expresses himself tend to be comedic in nature. He often tests unusual theories and strategies in battle, which, shockingly, work more often than not. While most Players think that one tribe is best, Peyton knows how to "look past the personalities and find the powers", though he prefers to use his Mipedians.

The seven [=CodeMasters=] are the leading authority of Chaotic, and each [=CodeMaster=] oversees and shares their name with one of its seven Battledromes: Crellan, Hotekk, Amzen, Oron, Tirasis, Imthor, and Chirrul. Winning seven official matches in a Battledrome earns a player the privilege of challenging the Drome's [=CodeMaster.=]

* RuleOfSeven: [[ArcNumber Continuing the series' obsession with the number seven,]] there are seven [=CodeMasters=] and to challenge one you must win seven matches in their Drome.

* OneManArmy: In his first match against Tom, he plays only a single Ursis against Tom's full team of 6 and wipes the floor with them using a combination of Ursis's raw strength and his [[ArmorOfInvincibility Droskin Battlegear.]] Though to his credit, Tom manages to [[CurbStompCushion break through it and put Crellan in a corner in the last battle before going down.]]
* ResurrectiveImmortality: His second match with Tom has him reviving Cromaxx over and over each time he’s destroyed, sometimes throwing fights deliberately to put Cromaxx in more advantageous positions. [[PuzzleBoss Finding out how he’s doing so and shutting it down thus forms the key to beating him.]]

A wise Muge, He is hinted to be more than 1000 years old. He is one of the wisest creatures in the Overworld tribe, he is a kind of creature and doesn't like chaotic players to scan him unless they'd earned his trust. \\

Takinom is one of the Underworld’s best female fighters. She is second only to Chaor in her fierce, fanatic dedication to the protection of the Underworld.

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: While Crellan greeted Tom cordially when officially challenging him and gave Tom 72 hours to prepare for their match, Hotekk gave him only 24 hours and gave him a much more blunt message telling him to prepare to lose, and when their match starts, Hotekk doesn't bother with a greeting and tells him to get on with the match.

* SelfDeprecation: Not even he believes Tom could have actually won a fight using his scan.

* VillainDecay: Is introduced as a skilled opponent, and Kaz only barely wins against him in Klay's first on screen match despite Klay not pulling any dirty tricks. But in each of Klay's subsequent appearances, he can't win a single match even with his underhanded tricks. We see him losing against both Tom and Kaz (including in a 2-on-2 battle with them against Klay and Krystella), Peyton, a newbie on her first match, a little kid, being one of the many victims of Drew's Hoton; and though he won seven matches offscreen and got to battle Codemaster Imthor, the Codemaster proceeded to[[CurbStompBattle demolish Klay]], who is unable to beat even a single one of the Codemaster's creatures, which even Krystella rubs in his face.

* EvenEvilHasStandards: In the episode where we meet Krystella's twin sister, Jycella, Klay sets up a match between them, in which the loser has to go to Perim to obtain the winner's choice of scans, and he lends them the scans they use in the battle. After Krystella's victory, Klay reveals to her that she only won because he give Jycella a scan of a Battlegear that had been sabotaged before being scanned, and that he fully expects Krystella to give him half the scans she ordered Jycella to get for her. Krystella's reaction is to join her sister in the scan quest, because much as she hates her, Krystella wants to beat her with her own skills, and as an added bonus, she tells Jycella they'll get good scans for themselves and then sabotage the ones she'll give to Klay as payback.
