* {{Schemer}}: When she's not lazing around, she's usually coming up with a scheme to sabotage her siblings out of a sense of self-aggrandizement.

* TeensAreShort: Tucker is noticeably a tad smaller than Boy or Girl.

* GeniusDitz: For being a goofball, Boy makes ''amazing'' cookies.

* NiceGuy: While not without his own mean and selfish moments, Boy is generally kindhearted and helpful, wanting to help his family the best way that he can.

* HeightAngst: In "Mouse Big as a House". He becomes so disgruntled over being the shortest of the family that he creates a device to make himself taller.

** In "Whistle to the Beat", right after pushing Boy back inside just as he was about to nose whistle in front of the crowd, Cheese chastises him for knowing nothing about fame; yet back in "Sparkcheeza", Cheese refused to listen to any of her siblings when they point out the requirements of being a pop star, which therefore shows that Cheese isn't as knowledgeable about fame either.

A very rich woman with a large mansion who is one of the most important people in town.

* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: In "The Cheese Ball", Cheese desired for her siblings to help celebrate her ball, even with their disinterest and protesting. Thanks to the Smiths, the others ended up agreeing to do so, leading to a series of events leaving Cheese humiliated and upset, even after her siblings tried to fix things.

** "The Cheese Ball" is a huge one for Cheese. On what was supposed to be her special day, Cat only invites the Smith twins, who proceed to give her a gift that contains their smelliest burps, making Cheese scream and melt. The others' attempts aren't much better for her, as Cheese, in a frog-looking dress Girl made her, uncontrollably flies due to the jetpack and slides to the floor, has "mystery food" spilt on her by Dog, gets a cardboard box on her when she swung it in anger, and ends up with a wooden see-saw instead of a slide, all while the Smiths laugh at her misfortune. Cheese then cries at her Cheese Ball ruined, and while her siblings eventually managed to fix things with a massive slide and humiliate Stevie and Susie, Cheese still ended up on the short end of the stick thanks to Dog accidentally reactivating the jetpack, making her fly all the way to the slide where she goes down screaming to experience the same excruciation.

* {{Jerkass}}: At her worst, Cheese acts extremely unpleasant, treats her family like garbage, and would even manipulate them if it suits her interests. She even enjoys insulting others and admits to acting nice being too much effort.

* NoRespectGuy: Sometimes, his own siblings (even Dog) will make fun of him or laugh at his expense.

* {{Hypocrite}}: In "Hampered Hamster", she shows NoSympathy to Boy when their neighbor's hamster destroys one of his bobbleheads but freaks out when it chews multiple holes in one of her cosplay outfits (and throws it in Boy's face after he throws her own words back at her).

* ItsAllAboutMe: She tends to put her own desires above everything else.

* KarmicButtMonkey: At times, Cheese ends up on the short end of the stick, but given how rude and selfish she can be at times towards others, especially her own siblings, she more often than not deserves many of those moments.

* NiceGuy: He's a very mellow, well-meaning teen who haves fun with Boy and his siblings.

* MailmanVsDog: Has this dynamic towards Dog, who mainly does this due to his nature. This lasted until "No Mail's Land", where Jamie has had enough and refused to continue her services until Dog realized how difficult her job is. Dog does eventually relent and agrees to stop being like this to her, thus seemingly ending their rivalry.
* SitcomArchnemesis: Acts as one to Dog, who tends to antagonize her when she delivers their mail. Jamie isn't as appreciative and eventually decided to temporarily go on leave after another of Dog's incidents.

* FatBastard: Is a chubby comic geek and cosplayer with a mischievous personality.

* KarmicButtMonkey: Gherkin usually gets what's coming to him whenever he acts antagonistic, a lot of which ends in humiliation for him.
* LaughablyEvil: For how much of a jerk he is, some of his antics prove to be rather hilarious and often show how pathetic he is.

One of Boy and Girl's schoolmates who's in the drama club and is an aspiring scriptwriter.

* ADayInTheLimelight: Has a major supporting role in "Founders' Play" due to her being the one in charge of the play.
* DramaQueen: As expected from someone fascinated with the arts, Adeline often put on plenty of flair when acting or gets emotional.

* AnimalWrongsGroup: In "Hampered Hamster", he lets the neighbor Charlotte's hamster, Mr. Nibbles, out of his cage (due to thinking he's being "imprisoned"), and actively tries to sabotage the rest of the family's attempts to get him back.

* UnusuallyUninterestingSight: His frankenstein-esque stitches and discolored body parts go without comment.

* DependingOnTheWriter: Cheese's strength varies on the episode. Sometimes, she's shown to have hidden strength, while at other times, she's shown to be very weak.

* {{Hypocrite}}: In "Pastime Paradise", Cheese calls Boy a "weak link" when shooing him out of their newfound hideout. The entire show makes it clear that Cheese should be the last person to ever say that to Boy, let alone anyone else.

* UnusuallyUninterestingSight: No one seems to think much of seeing a talking wheel of cheese walking around, something which the show [[LampshadeHanging lampshades]] once or twice.

* NewJobAsThePlotDemands: Jocko has shown to have many jobs throughout the show, ranging from pizza deliveryman to arcade owner.
* NiceGuy: Even though he is ditzy, Jocko is very friendly towards the gang and enjoys having them around.

* BadBoss: Frequently fires plenty of employees of the businesses she owns.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: Owns plenty of businesses and is a horrible boss to people working under her, even when the bobblehead factory is nearly empty and has an unappealing appearance.
* GivenNameReveal: Margaret's doesn't reveal her name until "Video Game Pain"; episodes prior to it have the gang refer to her as CEO.
* {{Jerkass}}: Margaret is fully aware of how unpleasant she is and how she fires many people on a whim, but doesn't really care at all.
* NotSoAboveItAll: At the very least, Margaret seems to enjoy Narwhal Day.

** In "Founders' Play", Lady Burlington enlists Cheese's help with the founders play. When Adeline refused to cooperate with Cheese and decided to leave, Lady Burlington calls her a DramaQueen despite her and Cheese being overdramatic themselves.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Sure Lady Burlington can be snobby and egocentric at times, but she does have a nice side to her and is generally friends with the gang, especially Dog and Cat.
* RichBitch: With how rich she is, Lady Burlington can be very snobbish at times and uses her position to get what interests her.

* BerserkButton: She ''hates'' having her belly scratched, and will violently attack anyone who does so.

* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: Despite her name, Girl is the short-haired and somewhat physcial Tomboy to Cheese's more fashionable, fame-seeking Girly Girl.

* FishEyes: Cat has these to make her blank stare even blanker. This seems to be out of choice- she can focus both her eyes on a single target if she's interested in it, she's just usually not.

* AnimalWrongsGroup: In "Hampered Hamster", he lets the neighbor's hamster out of his cage (due to thinking he's being "imprisoned"), and actively tries to sabotage the rest of the family's attempts to get him back.

* GreenEyedMonster: In "Whistle to the Beat", she becomes ''extremely'' jealous of Boy's newfound fame.

* PhoneaholicTeenager: Like Girl, Cheese very much uses her phone a lot for selfies, music, and social media. It even gets to the point where she once cried when it broke before Mouse fixed it and in "X Marks the Spot", she posts videos of the gang's treasure hunt.

* SupremeChef: As shown in "Pen Pals", he is ''very'' good at baking cookies.
