* ADayInTheLimelight: Jamie has a major role "No Mail's Land", where she temporarily quits until Dog understands her struggles of delivering mail.
* GivenNameReveal: Jamie's name isn't revealed until "No Mail's Land".
* MailmanVsDog: Has this dynamic towards Dog, who mainly does this due to his nature. This lasted until "No Mail's Land", where Jamie has had enough and refused to continue her services until Dog realized how difficult her job is. Dog does eventually relent and agrees to stop being like this to her, thus seemingly ending their rivalry.
* SitcomArchnemesis: Acts as one to Dog, who tends to antagonize her when she delivers their mail. Jamie isn't as appreciative and eventually decided to temporarily go on leave after another of Dog's incidents.

* CoolOldLady: She's a delicate but friendly old woman who usually enjoys the company of the gang, loves her cats, and can even drive a CoolCar for someone her age.

A courteous old man who runs a smoothie and froyo truck.

* CoolOldGuy: He usually acts very polite and is close friends with the gang, having tried to help them with their problems at times.

Boy and Girl's teacher in school who own a mischievous cat named Mr. Boots.

* ADayInTheLimelight: Plays a major role in "Cat's Frenemy" due to Mr. Boots newfound bond with Cat.
* NotSoAboveItAll: In "Bobblehead Heads", right after agreeing to let the bobblehead club stay as it is, she excitedly asks Boy and Tucker if she would able to join.
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: While strict with the rules and how her students perform in her class, she does mean well and is willing to listen if either Boy or Girl have earned her trust on the given situation.

A red-haired young man who often shows up with many jobs.

* ADayInTheLimelight: In "Junked" and "Video Game Pain".
* TheDitz: Jocko isn't very bright, to say the least, and has proven to be very gullible and naive on certain moments.
* NewJobAsThePlotDemands: Jocko has shown to have many jobs throughout the show, ranging from pizza deliveryman to arcade owner.
* NiceGuy: Even though he is ditzy, Jocko is very friendly towards the gang and enjoys having them around.

A farmer who often shows up whenever the kids go to the farm.

* CoolOldGuy: Like Uncle Bob, Farmer Joe is a very jolly man who usually gets along with the gang.
* HypocriticalHumor: "Don't Have a Cow" and "Grow Your Own" has him making the gang do farm work with no technology whatsoever while he lounges off with his own technology at his home.

A businesswoman who is the CEO of plenty of businesses, including the Bobbly Wobbly Factory.

* BadBoss: Frequently fires plenty of employees of the businesses she owns.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: Owns plenty of businesses and is a horrible boss to people working under her, even when the bobblehead factory is nearly empty and has an unappealing appearance.
* GivenNameReveal: Margaret's doesn't reveal her name until "Video Game Pain"; episodes prior to it have the gang refer to her as CEO.
* {{Jerkass}}: Margaret is fully aware of how unpleasant she is and how she fires many people on a whim, but doesn't really care at all.
* NotSoAboveItAll: At the very least, Margaret seems to enjoy Narwhal Day.

A white-haired woman who is a very skilled photographer.

* CameraFiend: Is always shown taking pictures and usually shows up in jobs correlating in photography, from family pictures to cosplay magazines.
* LeaveMeAlone: After being fed up with the gang's antics and infighting, Lena attempts to leave their home and get flustered after the gang pop up many times. Granted, seeing the six with their cooperation pose allowed her to take the photo and found it excellent, yet Lena ends up shouting at them to leave her alone and finally leaves.
* TookALevelInKindness: Lena's appearance in "The Favour" shows her with a more amicable, respectful attitude to the gang despite her hostility and claiming to never wanting to see them ever again in "Family Photo-No".

A very rich woman with a large mansion who is one of the most important people in town.

** "Goodbye Gramps" reveals that she enjoys pranking others as long as she's not being pranked herself.
** In "Founders' Play", Lady Burlington enlists Cheese's help with the founders play. When Adeline refused to cooperate with Cheese and decided to leave, Lady Burlington calls her a DramaQueen despite her and Cheese being overdramatic themselves.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Sure Lady Burlington can be snobby and egocentric at times, but she does have a nice side to her and is generally friends with the gang, especially Dog and Cat.
* RichBitch: With how rich she is, Lady Burlington can be very snobbish at times and uses her position to get what interests her.

The town's city inspector who genuinely values safety and can be overbearing at times.

* JerkassRealization: After spending most of "Dog Unleashed" antagonizing Dog by ticketing him for not being on a leash, once saved by him, Wanda realizes that he's not like other dogs and decides to let him be an exception to the leashes law.
* SafetyFreak: Wanda values the town's safety more than anything else, even if some of her methods inadvertently ruin the fun of others.

A famous celebrity in town whom Cheese greatly idolizes.

* BrokenPedestal: Averted in "The Cool List", when after Cheese realizes how much of fake she is, attempts to renounce her adoration towards Posh, only for Posh to offer to take a selfie with her for her blog, making Cheese change her mind again.
* HairOfGoldHeartOfGold: Posh is a blonde celebrity who is very mellow and is appreciative towards Cheese.

A scientist who is Mouse's [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin professor]], usually coming to their home to evaluate Mouse.

* ReasonableAuthorityFigure:
** In "Perfectly Dysfunctional", as Mouse's siblings stood up for him, the Professor, while deciding to give him a D minus on the family project, does seem appreciative in the latter's efforts and generously tells him that he looks forward to his experiments even if he was still bothered by the others.
** In "The Swapper", as Mouse felt embarrassed about having swapped bodies with a fly on the day of presentation, the Professor, instead of getting disappointed, is actually fascinated by the turn of events. As Mouse rants that science should be serious, the Professor tells him it could also be fun while also calmly telling him to chill and giving him a science award (actually a bowling trophy).
* TheStoic: Remains perfectly composed and serious, even when around bizarre situations, especially those involving the gang.

A young woman who's the owner of [[LocalHangout Skippy's]] and often open up talent shows on stage.

* BerserkButton: Miss Skippy doesn't like when a fellow magician mimics another's act, as Boy and Dog learned the hard way.
* NiceGirl: Miss Skippy is usually a generous server towards her customers, especially to the main characters.
* StageMagician: "Tricked Out" shows that she is very proficient with magic tricks.

An elderly woman who was Boy's childhood babysitter.

* BabysitterFromHell: Miss Molly makes the family work non-stop cleaning, cooking, and even giving her a manicure. [[MommasBoy She also had a very creepy relationship with Boy]], which only ended after he stood up to her. Whether or not if she was always like this or not is unclear.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Miss Molly acts all sweet and doting towards Boy, but once he's not around, she becomes downright threatening towards the others. She stops being nice to Boy after he stands up for his siblings.
* EvilIsHammy: Has quite the ham even when being threatening towards others.
* EvilOldFolks: An old woman who is very rude and unpleasant to be around.

The (former) bodyguard of Lady Burlington.

* HiddenDepths: His reaction to seeing Cheese dressed as a baby was to gush in adoration and cuddle her with a lullaby, showing that he has a soft spot for babies.
* LaserGuidedKarma: Irwin wanted Lady Burlington's jewels for himself and had Cat framed just so he could make a quick getaway. But before he can escape, Cat, the very individual he framed, was able to swing at his face and take him down.
* ObviouslyEvil: Even before he revealed his true colors, he acted very antagonistic and suspicious towards the main characters with how Cat was the suspect for stealing Lady Burlington's jewels.

A longtime friend of Gramps who went on plenty of adventures with him.

* CoolOldGuy: Much like Gramps, Zeus is shown to be very courageous and strong in spite of how old he is.
* TrueCompanions: Has been friends with Gramps for many years, having made many adventures ranging from Cactus Town to traveling around the world.

!!Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Stevie and Susie's parents who are the source of their competitive personalities.

* ADayInTheLimelight: The Smith parents play a huge role in "The Hosts" due to inviting the titular characters to live with them while their home is recovering from the stench stemming from Mouse's Smell Machine.
* InTheBlood: "Grow Your Own" reveals that the Smith twins striving to be winners come from them, who put them under a lot of pressure through making them competitive.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: While they are overcompetitive, the Smith parents are genuinely decent people who care about their kids, disapprove of {{sore loser}}s and cheating, and aren't afraid to admit their wrongdoings.
* ALighterShadeOfBlack: In spite of their flaws, at least unlike Stevie and Susie, they're actually courteous to the gang.

A female agent at Spy Camp appearing in "The Spy Who Bugged Me", who is very proficient in her profession, to the amazement of the kids who are assigned to her.

* TheAce: Amazes many people with how brilliant she is as a spy.
* TheGadfly: Often makes fun of Agent Average at every chance she has, similar with how Girl treats Boy.
* JerkassRealization: Once Girl calls her out of her mistreatment of Average and Cheese insulting her, Awesome actually felt offended and decided to reconcile with Average.

A male agent at Spy Camp appearing in "The Spy Who Bugged Me", who is very sensitive and clumsy at his job.

* ButtMonkey: Suffers plenty of misfortune, including all the mishaps when trying to teach the gang as well as Awesome's mistreatment of him.
* CantGetAwayWithNuthin: Even with his attempt to steal Mouse's robot, the gang managed to easily retrieve it back at him with little conflict.
* TheKlutz: All of his attempts to teach others how to be spies tend to backfire on him and is quite horrible at being a spy.
* ThrowTheDogABone: After everything that has happened to him throughout the episode, Average felt much better once the gang state that they really did learn how to be better spies from him and Awesome apologizing to him for repeatedly teasing him, with Average even thanking the six for their help.
