* Hal (Andrew Raskin): A Koopa Troopa who is the other main character of the show. According to a few episodes, he doesn't get paid to work at all. He is somewhat unluckier than Jeff in most episodes, like when he went to the unemployment office, but could only be covered for one check and couldn't receive any help. Both he and Jeff share a hatred for Steve the Piranha Plant.
* Steve (Steve Button): A happy-go-lucky Piranha Plant who usually appears in a pipe. Usually, when Jeff and Hal are near a green pipe, he'll pop out of it, and say his catchphrase "Hi Guys!", to which Hal usually responds back and says "Hi, Steve". He is the main villain of the movie as he spreaded a false rumor that Jeff and Hal had other plans, because of being insulted by Hal earlier.
* Karate Duo #1 ([=Patrick TeNyenhuis=] and Andrew Raskin): Two Zeus Guys (Bandits) who are extremely skilled at fighting, hence the #1 in their name. They're trademark food is "Lucky Candy", which gives them powers when they eat it. In Episode 9, they told a campfire story on how they were searching for the seven stars and failed.
* Kamek (Johnny Maniac): A wizard who rides a broom and Bowser's caretaker who has cared for Bowser since he was a child. A running gag is that he calls Jeff and Hal (mostly Hal) gay. According to Episode 2, he once taught Jeff and Hal flying lessons, but it failed.
* Paul Hammerbro (Phil Sheridan): An Amazing Flyin' Hammer Bro. who is usually seen sitting upon two grey blocks. He is best known for throwing hammers when either agitated or happy. He is apparently good friends with Rick Finklestein.
* Rick Finklestein ([=John McGarrell=]): A flying Lakitu who is appears to have a Jewish accent. He debuted in Episode 4 where was acting as a therapist to Paul Hammerbro. He seems to be good friends with Paul.
* Inaudible Thwomp (Joe Cross): A grey Thwomp who has trouble speaking. When speaking, the subtitles will usually change into "???" because it's hard to hear what he's saying. He first appeared in Episode 3.
* Shy Guy ([=Patrick TeNyenhuis=]): Recurring background characters who somewhat speak like celebrity Christopher Walken. A running gag in Episodes 1 and 2 are that they catch on fire. There is a tribal of Shy Guys in Episode 2.
