A hacker of Veritas who is overly fond of energy drinks to pull off all-nighters.

* HypocriticalHumor: In one bond story, she complains about a movie she just saw for [[PlayfulHacker negatively portraying hackers as a bunch of trolls]] while hacking and defacing the movie's official website. To her credit, she does note the hypocrisy afterwards.
* MustHaveCaffeine: Constantly engages in all-nighters, only keeping herself going with a supply of energy drinks. An attempt to break her addiction by Sensei leaves her with serious energy deficiencies as a result of the withdrawal, and a few days later she promptly relapses.

The most ethical of the hackers of Veritas, thus leaving her as the only one keeping her clubmates in line.

* NotSoAboveItAll: She's usually the one trying to keep the others in check, but her moral fiber sometimes gets the better of her. In one of her relationship events, she finds out the company she was doing security checks for is running scams on their customers, and promptly leaks their entire database online. She's well-aware of the hypocrisy (especially when [[HypocriticalHumor she was just talking about how the others playing super-hacker was damaging to Veritas's reputation as a security firm]]) but she couldn't help it.
* TheReliableOne: Compared to how whimsical the rest of Veritas is, she's often the one who has to handle serious jobs personally. And that's without counting that she also moonlights as IT and security consultant for a ''lot'' of businesses in Kivotos, including some of the other schools. She might even be a bit ''too'' reliable: the Engineering Club members have fully admitted to often skimping on cyber-security measures because they know Chihiro is there to fix things if something goes wrong, an attitude that thoroughly annoys her.
* TheRival: Seemingly with Yuuka, of all people. Seminar already has a less than positive opinion of Veritas's troublemaking, which probably explains why Chihiro always talks back to Yuuka with a snarky tone.
