Also known as Vino, Claire Stanfield is the little-known "fourth Gandor Brother" that decided to forgo the career in TheMafia for one much, much bloodier. Claire is probably ''the'' most effective assassin in America, known to strike anytime, anywhere, and with his only trace being the exceedingly bloody remains of his targets. He also has been rumored to have something of a warped sense of justice. Hope to God that you never end up violating it.

An assasin whose abilities, infamy and success account are comparable to that of Vino himself. In 1932, he is hired to finally put an end Vino's legacy and leave him as the ''only'' most efficient assassin in the United States. [[spoiler:It turns out that the legend is quite old and not in the prime of his abilities anymore. He sold his name to three of Sham's vessels, and is currently living as a bodyguard for the Beriam family]].
