A DiabolicalMastermind, The Leader organized much of the prisoners of The Cube to act as a distraction before he completed his plan to turn the whole world into gamma monsters under his mental control. Arrogant and Proud, he was soundly defeated by Thor, Hawkeye and Hulk working together.

The antagonist of the 32nd episode, [[spoiler: Korvac crash-landed on Earth one night. He begged for protection from the Guardians of the Galaxy. The Avengers decided to take him in and even reunited him with his girlfriend, Corrina. Eventually, the Guardians of the Galaxy explained to the Avengers that they pursue Korvac because the Kree performed experiments on him, which gave him new powers and mental instability. This caused Korvac to set out to destroy intergalactic civilizations. He retreats to another dimension as the episode closes.]]

Galactus is a powerful cosmic being who destroyed the Skrull's home planet, thus leading the Skrulls to look for a new home. [[spoiler: He is the main antagonist in the series finale.]]
