Second, when she senses that Rhydian is about to transform in the middle of a school hallway, she drags him into the darkroom to try and calm him down. Unfortunately, he freaks out and changes right there, then trashes the darkroom. Maddy takes it in stride, shows off her own Wolfblood status, and manages to defuse the situation without a single blow from either of them. For someone who (at the time) is unable to transform herself, the girl definitely has the heart of a wolf.
