* While in a bit of a different theme than the other examples here, and to continue with the meta theme, Pixar gets another for their depiction of [[spoiler: [[FireAndBrimstoneHell the Incincerator]]]]. I have seen dozens of examples of various depictions of (and it was, for all sakes and purposes) [[spoiler: a FireAndBrimstoneHell]] in various books, movies, and video games, and none of them ever managed to be remotely scary. They came off as generic, derivative, and not all that engrossing. Not this one. Pixar, via scaring the shit out of moviegoers, continues to prove that they know what the hell they're doing when it comes to making movies.

* And Jack Jack gets one at the very end. In fact Jack Jack gets a whole short of awsomeness in the short movie [[PixarShorts Jack Jack Attack]].

* We've seen everything everything Marlin goes through in the movie. But when this troper hears Nigel relay the story to Nemo, it sounds like something akin to The Oddesey.
