* [[WhamEpisode Twentieth Heist:]] [[spoiler:[[WorldsStrongestMan Gilgamesh]]]] is DEAD. Hurray for [[ChekhovsGun Chekhov's Sniper Rifle!]]
** [[spoiler:To put this into context, Lupin lured Archer out into the forests on the outskirts of Fuyuki where after escaping into a copse of trees, he had Berserker distract and fight Archer. After dispatching Berserker, Archer turns his laser-focus back on Lupin, [[BoomHeadshot when he is promptly shot twice in the head and killed]] by a camouflaged Jigen. Turns out while Archer and Berserker were fighting, Lupin and Jigen [[MundaneSolution prepared a sniper rifle]] equipped with bullets made from Gae Buidhe, [[CallBack that Lupin ganked from Lancer's fight with Saber.]] The bullets still retained the spear's unhealable powers meaning short of reversing time, not even Archer could heal a wound from them. And that was before Goemon ''[[MonumentalDamage cut down the Golden Gate Bridge]]'' to stop the police cruisers and Kiritsugu's bike. And in the meantime, Jigen defeated Natalia in a gun duel.

* Canon!Assassin loses one life to make appear that Kirei has betrayed Tokiomi and had been summarily kicked out of the Grail War. Here Tokiomi and Kirei try the same thing... Only for Lupin!Assassin ''steal some of Archer's Noble Phantasms and sell them for money!''

* A flashback reveals Lupin stole Robin Hood's bow for an 'old man Blackmore'. Lupin III collaborated with one of the ''[[OurVampiresAreDifferent Dead Apostle Ancestors]]'' and stole a priceless historical artifact for him, and ''the Church nor the Mages Association managed to kill him for that''.

* A flashback reveals Lupin stole Robin Hood's bow for an 'old man Blackmore', and never hid it. Lupin III collaborated with one of the ''[[OurVampiresAreDifferent Dead Apostle Ancestors]]'' and stole a priceless historical artifact for him, and ''the Church nor the Mages Association managed to kill him for that''.

Natalia and Kiritsugu had been hired to kill the Edelfelt head, and were about to shoot when they noticed that Lupin, who had been hired by the Edelfelt to recover Cortés' sword, had sneaked up ''on them'' with Jigen, [[ClickHello and the two thieves were holding them at gunpoint]]. To add a touch of irony, Kiritsugu was criticizing Lupin's opponents in his mind, commenting they had failed due Zenigata being held back by being a cop and the villains being too impractical.
