Fed up, Gordon ''pulls the fire alarm'' and forces everyone outside where he forces the hotel's overbearing owner Virandar to confront her guests, who are all equally appalled at the unsanitary state of the building. It proves to be the wake-up call the stubborn Virandar needed to get the hotel the help it needed.

* The Roosevelt Inn is still open and is getting good reviews. It featured [[BunnyEarsLawyer a very delusional owner]], [[TheWoobie a wife in over her head and a staff who is struggling to keep up with the demand]] despite being heavily in debt. However, Ramsay updated the hotel, he got through to every one of them. The Roosevelt Inn has embraced its wedding, kept the menu modest, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking and even kept the Murder Mystery Dinner]] that the owner liked to do.

** On a meta level, this ended up being one of the inns that had to close down.

The staff are all on edge, and when the sisters second guess the manager's commitment, she finally ''snaps'' and [[TheReasonYouSuckSpeech tears the sisters a new one]], and finally storms out unwilling to take their lazy excuses anymore. It becomes doubly awesome when Gordon, who recognized her excellent work ethic despite her situation offers her a chance to return to her job when the sisters are finally forced to admit that they needed to step down in order for the hotel to succeed. She accepts and is embraced by the staff upon her return, with the sisters turning over the keys to her.

* The fact that unlike ''Kitchen Nightmares'', a good portion of these hotels are still open - even with the actual owners.

This rocks Robert, as he realizes he's blown a fortune on gimcrackery, and torpedoes his ego as being a superior snob: rich enough to buy hand over fist, but not smart enough to get these objects EVALUATED by an expert.
