** Freddy realises he's been pulled back into reality. This sucks enough, but then the ''majorly'' pissed Jason kicks in the cabin door as the place burns around them, the music starts playing, and it's one of film history's greatest OhCrap moments. It's awesome.

** Jason had many awesome moments, but the one that struck a chord with this troper was the scene after [[BallsOfSteel Freddy tried and failed to kick him in the balls.]] After that, Jason grabs Freddy sticks him halfway out the window and starts running dragging him across the winnows and walls breaking them over Freddy's body. It's more awesome for two reasons. 1. It's the first time you ever seen Jason run since [[FridayThe13thTheFinalChapter he chased Trish Jarvis.]] And 2 the reason why he didn't run so often in the films after Final Chapter implies that Jason was walking slow on [[ItAmusedMe purpose just to mess with his victims.]]

** There's also how ''[[TheBrute Jason Voorhees]]'', of all characters, gets [[WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds made into someone]] you can feel not just kind of sorry for, but who is ''sympathetic''. At least in comparison to Freddy, anyway. And it ''doesn't feel forced.''

* The movie itself is a CMOA for the writer, director, and crew, in that they took very different movie universes, [[{{Crossover}} put them together]], and made a film that is not only watchable but actually makes both [[VillainDecay Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees] back into actually scary villains.

** In a meta way, it is also an awesome moment for the guy playing Jason, stuntman Ken Krizinger. That scene where he leaves a trail of fire through the cornfield? That was done in ''one take''. Ken had a cooling gel slathered all over him, put in a specially made fire-retardant costume and given precise instruction over a radio earpiece as he calmly walked through the field, because he could not hear or see. This was for at or over a minute, where most fire stunts are over within fifteen to twenty seconds at most.
* For anyone who saw her as a [[TheScrappy Scrappy]]: Kia's death counts.

* The entire final fight.
* When Freddy realises he's been pulled back into the real world. And then Jason kicks in the door, majorly pissed off and packing heat with the entire cabin on fire. Without doubt one of the greatest OhCrap moments in film history.
* Hell, every fight Jason has against Freddy is this. Seeing that bastard totally beaten up, limbless and desperate when he try to just survive makes you satisfied that karma is totally manhandling Freddy's third-degree-burned ass.

* Jason comes across a whole rave-full of sex-starved teenagers in a cornfield and just goes to town. ''While on fire.''
* Lori Campbell decapitates Freddy with Jason's machete. So awesome, it should be the [[CrowningMomentofAwesome CMOA]] page image.
* Kia's death, for anyone who saw her as TheScrappy.
* "Hey, asshole! UP HERE!"
* A subtle one, and possibly one born of this tropers ignorance of Freddy's franchise, but during the dream fight, Freddy kept hammering Jason, only for Jason to throw it all off. Freddy gets afraid, realising he's dealing with someone who can't die and at this point, the dream world, which had been red tinted until now, turns green. In other words, Freddy LOST CONTROL OF THE DREAM WORLD. BECAUSE JASON IS THAT HARDCORE.
** Actually it was to symbolise the entrance of water into the dreamworld. Jason isn't scared of fire, but his sudden fear of water is what gives Freddy control over him.
* The scene of Freddy firing the propane tanks at Jason like torpedoes and most of them zooming past Jason as he does an UnflinchingWalk.
